I'm doing Var 5mg daily for the first week then upping to 10mg, plus 50mg Primo per week.
I eat sleep training well.
Wondering how .any other ladies have done a similar cycle?

You have gymlife4me,she is on here running Anavar cycle,or start soon.also have fitmum2be on same thread I'm sure she said she was running Anavar and primo as well.not many females but the more the better for Evo community all round.welcome to Evo.

So how long have you been doing this for? Years? Months? If you've been 10mg daily of var, 50mg weekly primo, that puts you at 120mg weekly load which will bring on awesome results for a women however how are the androgenic sides for you, namely voice change? With any women I help/coach I'll get them to download a frequency app on their phone. There's a few of them but get a good one. Have a sentence that stays the same and record yourself 1-2x weekly and make note of the numbers. You won't hear yourself change but a frequency reader will pick up on small change. These changes are permanently fixed. Remember that the dose is not the main factor but rather duration of dose. 6 weeks of 120mg weekly may be fine for you as unique individual however 12 weeks on half that dose could bring on bad sides. 4- 6 week runs are safe option bridging into non androgenic growth promoters like HGH, insulin, clen, telmisartan etc. Clen in women is hypertrophic because you're so sensitive to drugs compared to men. Telmisartan inhibits myostatin in women also. Take advantage of those none androgenic compounds and leverage times off AAS with these.
 
There was a study done on women and steroids use,women only have a window of about 70days of steroid use over a lifetime,before androgenic effects occur and are permanent,that was based on 14-21 days cycles at a time and with the milder compounds like Anavar and primo at low doses only,other compounds will make you manly in no time at all.tread carefully young ladies.Vigorous Steve on you tube covered the topic and referenced the study.

I've read this study a long time ago. Dr Scott Stephenson and Victor black have touched on this one and some others which were a bit different in findings but generally speaking depending on the genetics of the women, 6-12 week cycle will kick off androgenic sides and it's a slippery slope from then on. That's why I recommend women start with non androgenic growth promoters and milk the hell out of those and then pull out the AAS. Where as for men it's generally the opposite in practice.
