Just figured I'd log my LGD run for those of you out there that want to know the results of this SARM for a dude with an average build.
27 y/o Currently 6'0" 165lbs BF 12% pitched high level college baseball and some after so all my training was bio-mechanically driven and not body building in nature.
Have broken it down in 3 parts Run/Food/Workouts. Today is day 1 and will update every few days.
Run:
LGD 1-6 5/6/7/8/9/10mg
HCgen 1-6 3 ed
dspark 1-6 2 ed
n2guard 1-6 5 ed
l-glutamine 10g ed
Tumeric/vit d/probiotic (saccharomyces boulardii)/psyllium husk
PCT:
MK 7-10 25mg
HCgen ES 7-10 3 ed
dspark 7-10 1/2 ed
Liquid Clo (if necessary) 25/25/12.5
FOOD:
Gluten free/dairy free
Eating grass-fed beef/chicken/organic vegetables/sprouted grains
Meal replacement with vegan protein/flax milk etc.
