got my test levels are low under 240 what can i take to bump them higher without taking testosterone injections

Do you have a history of steroid usage? Did you run a proper post cycle therapy after your last cycle?

I would try running a bottle of a good natural testosterone booster such as HCGenerate ES from n2bm.com. It should help get your testosterone back into the normal range. You need to try and figure out the route of the problem though and what is causing the low testosterone. Not just supplement the problem.

Start with natural test boosters, such as HCGenerate or HCGenerate ES.

If you see that it does not help - you might need to run some clomid/nolva to boost it up a little bit.

Can you provide more background info? Age, whether you ran any cycles, prohormones, etc.?

I join to @muskate's questions - did you run a steroid cycle before, or this is your natural level without any PED use? The answer to this question would make a huge difference. If you have such low test levels after a cycle, you would need to redo a PCT in a proper way. Meanwhile, if that is your natural level, then it would be best to start off with HCGenerate, and see how it works for you. Personally, I always feel a kick from HCGenerate everytime I use it, so you should definitely see improvements with it.

I would try adjusting lifestyle to do these:
-eat better
-exercise regularly
-get rid of stress
-sleep enough every night

As for supplements, HCGenerate ES is the strongest natural test booster on the market. I would add that to your arsenal.

There will be a reason causing your low test levels, so try and establish what that reason could be and then do the opposite. I.e. if you were on really low calories, this could cause low test; in which case you would simply up your cals. If you like taking hot baths several times a week, then this would also affect test levels.

However, without knowing more info on your lifestyle/diet/etc it's impossible to find the culprit.
