Dietary fat intake while on Test?

Hey gang. I’m just starting Test for the first time and am curious on how dietary needs change. Natural athletes are told that they need to consume a good amount of fat for higher testosterone. If you’re injecting Test exogenously, can you get away with a much lower fat intake? Just curious as to the different approaches you guys take.

I don think there is any real correlation here @RJay it depends on the whole diet, what cycle are you on now? tell us

Not as such. It's the difference between diet restricted and un-restricted. If you consume stupidly low levels you're gonna have a bunch of issues never mind low T

I think a safe rule of thumb is 10g per meal helps with a few things

Eating a healthy diet with whole foods and non-processed foods is how you boost testosterone levels in the natural state. And it should not change whether you're on or off steroids.

I think you need overall good nutrition when it comes to stuff like this. The whole thing with needing good fats at this level or protein at this level hasn't been proven.

Curious to see where you are getting this information from. Are there any studies that actually show this or is it just bro science or meathead theory?

I think people should be more concerned about what not to eat versus what they should eat if that makes sense
