Making your own preworkout?

Lol KNO3 (potassium nitrate) is a form of potassium in nitrate form.... Just like creatine nitrate in C4.

I guess it is used in rocket fuel lol for some reason I'm thinking the make up of the two is different. No idea lol..

But I know iForce sells KNO3 in pill form which I've been using.

I'm a junkie and I run off rocket fuel jack! Gotta get lean somehow lol

Well I guess it's not shocking considering you can use lots of non poisons things in bomb making or flammable stuff. I'm pretty sure it's te same thing though cause that's what I typed in lol. I mean hydrogen makes up water and Is in our bodies I believe too in other ways, so...

For those of you like me, who have spent hundreds of £/$ of pre-workouts over the years and have been disappointed by around 99% of whats available. I decided to create my own using only three ingredients and it's better than anything I used before plus much cheaper!

I should have done it years ago.

All you need is:

L-Arginine (AAKG)
Caffeine
Beta-Alanine.

These powders can be picked up very cheaply and in bulk.

Mix 4g of Beta Alanine and 5g of AAKG in cold water then wash down a 200mg caffeine pill.

30mins later you're GTG.

Plus buying the 3 ingredients separately in 500g bags means you'll have enough pre-workout for 6 - 12months.

Let me know how you get on.

It's the same KN03. Although there are a few different grades of purity.

Many of the 'minerals' found in supplements, vitamins, drinking water, food labels, etc. are also used as fertilizers. That sounds crazy to some. But when you consider that fertilizers are essentially 'plant food' and plant's most required nutrients are nitrogen (protein), phosphorus and potassium, it's not surprising these minerals (fertilizers) are used for human products also.

Lol then we take the toxic flouride made from that fertilizer and dump it in our water supply lmao!! Truth

Not crazy to me. Plants just don't require the aminos we do. There was a study or project done many yr back where they took several corpses andcremated them and measured the mineral content left over and at current value it came to leas than 10 dollar's. ...something to think about.

Wow. Iodine SHOULD be according to one study around 15mg total which is tiny when you think about it.

Im also tired of spending money on preworkouts....i've been trying black coffee with a few packs of zero calorie sugar...it gets me through my workout.

You'd have to triple the caffeine dose for me. Wish I could take 200 and be good

Been using this too for awhile except I substitute a couple ephendrine pills for the caffine.

Yeah, I was combining ephedrine / caffeine along with this pre-workout for about 10weeks with good results. Had about 6 weeks off. Will jump back on soon. Love the focus you get.

I usually go with caffeine , agmatine , citruline malate and beta alanine(carnosyn) gives me a sick pump

Might give it a go. The one I've suggested is the bare minimum I use when on a budget.

How much of each do you usually use in a serving?

I'm a caffeine junkie so I go with 500mg(pills) citruline usually 6-10 grams and beta 2-3g sometimes a bit more depending on the feelz lol. Mix the powders in my bcaas for flavor

F@ck! I thought I was a caffeine junky....I'm up to 400mg pre-workout at the moment. Saying that, it probably won't be long before that stops working. See you in hospital.

I had an espresso, two spoons of instant folgers swished with water, and a bottle of endorush and got the worlds wickedest headache for over 15 hours and through the next day. Holy shit. Probably dehydration but it took forever to replace that water. Bad juju I even started tearing up at one point cause the pain was so constant and I felt like I was going to hurl. End of story lol

Haha. That sounds like the possible storyline of a really shit bodybuilding documentary....see you at the cinema!

I haven't tried it, but my friend lives by it.

15 min prior to workout. Nicorette gym and black coffee.
