No...thank god. I have learned actually how to manipulate insulin to my advantage. So Krazy...getting ready to BLAST OFF again. Damnnnn...you just got done. Not much of a break ....lol

Mateo I'm going to have to cut out those massive bicep veins and transplant them onto myself.

Super jealous of that vascularity - that vein runs down my inner bicep/tricep so its basically unnoticeable on me :(

Yeah....i am not sure what compound to give credit to that for. Winny is great...but Tren and winny is better :)

Ha. Ya. About a month. Not starting til Aug 1st. I'm trying to get to 240# and 7% bf. Changing my whole workout schedule and how I lift. And eat.

Yeah well....this one is going to be MUCH MORE FUN. Bulking runs are the shit...I mean its all about packing it down. Having said that, you guys are doing more of a bulk/stay lean thing. WTF?

If I understand it correctly. Its not a stay lean thing its bulking but who can achieve the most lean body mass gained.

Have you ever used melatonin before I used that for a sleep aid. Did u have a reaction to that? I'm not sure if I would be allergic. What's the normal dosing and shud I start with a sample small dose to see if I'm allergic or if it doesn't sit well with me? What are your suggestions for testing that safely?

Correct. But, if let's say I'm 216# now and I add 30# through the whole contest. But let's say I went from 10% bf to 12%. Then I would say most of my gains were lbm. Idk maybe Matty I got that wrong? Or he an better explain it? He's the numbers guy lol. I'm just going to eat huge amounts of healthy meats and veggies and extra protein. By huge I mean like 5,000 cals a day. Lol.

Slowly increase the dose every several days. It's different from sleep aid. This is a synthetic compound sitting in your skin, your body can detect it and attack it as a foreign agent which mine did. Full body rash, throat and tongue started to swell. Had to use benadryl non-stop for over a week to barely survive being awake. It was ugly.

My biceps are like my third and forth child. I set a whole day just for bi and tri. I warm up with light dumbell curls just to get the stretch and burn. then
Dumbell curls 6 rep max heavy
Dumbell curls 12 rep max super set
30 sec rest.
10 sets.

Then barbell curls same setup.

Also focus on negatives as well

The biggest secret is if you just move your elbows alittle closer to your belly button not much it will put all the focus on your biceps. Let me know what you guys think.

Thank's Bro's! I'm on week 8 of test prop at 400mg a week the lowest dose I've ever ran and tren a at 600mg
the highest dose of tren I've ever ran.
I'm completely sold on low test high tren this was my first time running it higher.

im glad u like running the test lower, im pretty sold on that way also. I always feel stronger and get pretty vascular on higher tren/lower test.

highest ive ran tren was 700mg/week and it seemed like i couldnt eat enough and i dropped a ton of fat, I think i was taking 500mg prop a week but cant remember for sure.

Solid work gentleman! TNE/TrenNE is some powerful stuff. Prop, Winny and proviron looks like it cut well for you. How does the T3 work for you? I have read alot of bad things about T3 - kind of scared to touch the stuff.
 
I've only been on the winny and t3 and proviron for about two weeks. Honestly I don't know which is helping lean me out most but something is working haha. I was questioning the winny because my joints are fine and the last time I ran winny it was killing my knees, but I haven't lost any muscle and my vascularity is gettin pretty crazy. Always had vascular arms but now my shoulders, lats, quads, and calves are getting vascular. Only using 25mcg of t3 ED, was worried because I heard it can be pretty catabolic but the winny and test should protect against that. But thanks bros! Oh and proviron is awesome. Sex drive is ridiculous. Almost too high haha
 
5 10 180 at a true 8 percent in that pick had done one 4 week cycle of h drol as my first cycle and that's how I looked
