Milk thistle

Can I just take that instead or would Organ ST be a better option? Anyone recommend anything like Milk Thistle ? Want to keep the pipes clean!

Milk thistle is a great ingredient but you need a complete product. I highly recommend N2Guard. I have been using it for years. It not only contains milk thistle but also TUDCA, NAC, and another 40 ingredients!

@masonic bodybuilder gave you some good advice. Milk thistle is a really good natural liver aid supplement but natural liver aids work best when they are stacked together.

Rather then just take milk thistle, you would be better off taking a multi ingredient liver aid supplement like he recommended.

There's nothing wrong with Milk Thistle but products like CT etc hve Milk Thistle and a TON of other good stuff too.

milk thistle was great 10 or 15 years ago. but we have come a long way since. today TUDCA is the best thing to use here, and n2guard not only has TUDCA AND milk thistle but dozens of additional ingredients

it is no wonder the stuff sells like hotcakes
