Dumbbell Bench Press on Slight Incline
I had a crazy plan to do sets of 40... yeah that got changed ha ha
10kg x 40, 20kg x 30, 30kg x 20... and we was done. Too much too soon

Supported Chest Row using Bench
sets of 8 from bar, 60kg, 90kg, 110kg, 140kg to 160kg (PB). Then 180kg/396lbs (wish list stuff) x 4 Pic

Hatfield Squat
to 365kg/800lbs x 6

Leg Press
to 690kg/1518lbs x 16 (other sets 18)

Lying Leg Curls
to 19p x 4 r/p reps

Leg Extensions
to stack x 6 one leg (was done at this point)
 
Thursday
Still hot and horrible. Took a different approach today
First 2 exercises worked 'up the rack' style (1 plate or the next jump in weight on dumbbells etc)
Bi/Tri (Tri only) Machine
from 55kg x 8

One Arm Cable Pressdown
For pump
8p x 20 @

Hammer Curls
to 30kg x 8 and then 10kg x 20

Standing BB Wrist Curls
to 112.5kg/247.5lbs x 8 (loose). D/S 60kg/132lbs x 20 and then BS x 40 flexes
 
Friday
Chest Supported BB Row
bs x 20, bar x 12, 60kg x 8, 100kg x 8, 140kg x 8. Decided to push it as far as I could. 180kg x 1, 200kg x 1 and 220kg / 484lbs. Vid failed lol. Dropped back to 180kg x 6 r/p reps

Dumbbell Incline Bench Press
10kg @ x 20, 20kg x 8, 30kg x 8, 35kg x 8

Pec Dec
1/2 stack x 30. Flexed and left pec cramped up lol

Hip Belt Squat
Snapped the Primal Belt on top set. Switched to alternate. Made sure to show it to the gym owner
to 510kg/1122lbs x 10

Leg Press
to 700kg x 18 (other sets were 20 reps)

Lying Leg Curls
to 19p x 6 r/p reps

Leg Extensions
to stack x 1 leg x 7 alternating reps

Great lift battling through the heat!
 
Over-did it unfortunately. Tweaked my lower right hand side of my back. Had to avoid the gym yesterday, stretch and take Ibuprofen. Probably snapping the loop on the belt on belt squats with 510kg.

I might actually be due a week off.

It's a TINY bit better today
