I've been on TRT for 3 months now, first 2 months the doc started me with 80mg (split into twice a week) but it didn't change much, so for 4 weeks now I've been running 100mg E3D test E, injection in delts IM.
Stats: 6 feet, 225 lbs, around 14% bf, 30 years old male, training 5-6 days week PPL split. Sleeping 7-9 hours per night with great WHOOP score most nights. Weight has been pretty stable and tried to lose some weight but traveled so will try 3k calories a day and see. Here is a typical day macros:
Bloodwork:
Not feeling much tbh but it's only been 4 weeks. Will run 250mg test E, 250mg Mast E, 40mg anavar, 5mg cialis, and some BPC-157 for 6 weeks and will do another bloodwork. Goals is hopefully to recomp and lose some fat while gaining size obviously
Current supplements are:
- 5000 UI vitamin D
- Multivitamin
- Omega 3
- 10g creatine
- 20g glutamine
- EAA during workout
- Whey isolate post workout
- Zinc complex
- Digestive enzymes before each meal
- 50mg dhea
- 3g glycine + magnesium complex before bed
