DAY 13
Everyone here knows im not overly dramatic about gains etc... just about stool colours... if your new to the thread you will have to go back to look.
I am currently about 1.5lbs heavier, diet is unchanged, and nothing else has been different, im currently overlapping doses at 20 hours, and this seems to be helping, "although in what capacity im not sure" maybe its placebo, but i feel that there is a difference in how my muscles are looking.
Took a bf measurement and its 5.8 percent, but that could be anything, i fluctuate between 6-7 normaly, partly to do with glycogen and water giving false readings.
Pumps are lasting, and im feeling good, so i think if it stays like so, on day 20 i will start logging with more detail whats going on exactly.
I am actualy feeling more confident that this product has a future, and some potential in our sport.
