Finally trained after 3 days off, been too busy and my schedule couldn't fit training...
Got to train again with my co-worker and he'll be coming with me to the gym so I have a lower official spotter and can ramp up the intensity finally.

I do think you have to be careful not to miss days as the show is near.
 

You're there actually, you need to tighten up the quads as you pose and put your leg forward a bit. @electus

Lost some strength and felling less fired.

After the show will do a rebound for 4 weeks, bloodwork at 6 weeks mark.

I'm planning to add HGH to Testosterone after the show to have better synergy and to keep Testosterone on a lower side, but will see how the progress goes.
