No. I've used a couple of supplements that worked in a very minor way in lab tests only.

I'm sure there are probably many of them but most of the products (if not all) on the market is just scam.
I can guarantee you that if you somehow manage to get legit stuff in your hands it's gonna cost a lot of money.

I tried it and nothing more than a very week oral steroid. The hype is based on a very poor article in a low quality journal.
