I took two capsules last night and I was out like a light bulb no more than just a few minutes after taking it, and this morning I woke up a full 30 minutes before my alarm clock feeling rested and refreshed. Im really interested in n2sleep since it was introduced. My only problem is it contains melatonin (a very small dose yes) but I might have to give it a try anyways. I have a newborn now and I'm scared I will sleep through him crying at night!

the new formula is much more safe to take.. the melatonin dose was cut down so you won't oversleep or have side effects.
