Help with N2Slin
So I just ordered N2Slin but I just want to know how to take it. I've read many different ways to take it. I'm 5'11 220 with 20% body fat. Obviously Im going to be cutting so what's the procedure while cutting? I'm going to be consuming roughly 2100 calories a day. 220g protein, 150g carbs and 60g fat. My highest carb meals will be before and after my workout. Any suggestions on how to take N2Slin or if I need to change my macros to get better results? Thanks!!
 
N2slin is a non-stimulant fat burner and powerful nutrient partitioner. It increases insulin sensitivity of muscle cells and helps partition the food you eat into muscle cells and away from fat cells.
Take 2 tablets N2slin 30 minutes before each meal you eat that contains a significant amount of carbohydrates.
I would take 8-10 tablets per day. If you are cutting, you shouldn't be having carbs in your last or last 2 meals of the day.

So I'm going to be eating 6 times a day, all my meals will have some carbs in them but my 2 largest carb meals will be my pre and post. Should I take it through out the whole day then? And what's the max I can take a day?

So one of my last two meals will be my post workout meal. Shouldn't I have some carbs with that meal? What's ur advise for best results with this supp. I'm going to be eating 6 meals and I wanted my highest carb meals to be my pre and post workout. But I'm willing to change those meals around.
 
All you meals have carbs??? Youre 20% bodyfat!!! You need no carbs, do the evo diet!!!

Im on the evo diet and already lost 10 pounds in 3 weeks and Im looking leaner than ever!!! If you cant give up carbs for a certain period you will never get super lean

I can give up carbs, that's not a problem for me. I average 1-2 lb loss a week when consuming 100-120g of carbs a day though. Besides, I thought that it was bad if u completely eliminate carbs from ur body. And at the end, it's the calories I consume that will determine weight loss, or am I wrong? I know there's a difference between weight loss and fat loss. It all depends on the type of workouts and how you break down your macros. But I'm willing to try out that Evo diet. Can anyone give me a link?
