The best gains I have made, have only been 2 pounds in a month from training and dieting properly taking in 2 grams of protein per lbs of the weight I wanted to be. This regiment worked well, and as soon I got a finger injury that kep me from trainign for 15 days, I lost all my gains!
I'm just a hard gainer, I'm 5"9 and only weight 154lbs. I lift weights and have been doing so for 3 years with very little advance in big gains, maybe gained 5lbs lease help me out on putting together a cycle with test and deca or something like it. My stats are 5'9, 154 pounds, and 27 years old.

If you have been training 3 years and gained 5 lbs, then you are doing something very wrong. Your diet or training is likely out of whack. Very first thing I would do is go get blood test. Do a full workup, get a baseline for your test, so when you come off PCT you will know when you have recovered.
You need to post your diet and your training regime so we can critique it and see if it needs improvement. What is your cycle history? If you have never done steroids before, then you should do a simple test only cycle. 400mg per week for 10 weeks, do a full PCT, and then check your blood all over again to make sure you've recovered. If you don't make any gains then you know for sure its your diet or your training (or both). Please do not do deca if this is your first cycle.

Nothing will put on size and strength like the old school classic bulking cycle of test + deca + dbol -> http://www.evolutionary.org/testosterone-deca-durabolin-dbol-cycle

Both deca and test are known to cause a lot of water retention. Especially if you aren't using the proper support supplements with your cycle.

Remember to include the proper support supplements with your cycle:
1. An AI to keep estrogen in the low-normal range. Aromasin at 10mg EOD is a good dosage.
2. An anti-prolactin drug to keep prolactin in the low-normal range. Cabergoline at 0.25mg EOD is a good dosage.

The support supplements are very important because high estrogen and prolactin levels can lead to side effects like gyno and water retention.

I would also add in a good liver aid supplement like n2guard from n2bm.com when using the dbol because it is a liver toxic oral steroid.

Here's what I recommend:

Weeks 1 - 16
testosterone 500mg/week
deca 300mg/week
aromasin 12.5mg every other day
cabergoline 0.5mg every other day

Weeks 1 - 6
dbol 30mg/day
n2guard 7 capsules/day

After your cycle run the perfect PCT protocol: http://www.evolutionary.org/the-perfect-post-cycle-therapy-pct/

You need carbs man. If you are eating 2g protein per lb body weight something is wrong. You honestly only need 1g of protein per lb body weight and you will still see gains. Are you tracking your food each day? I doubt you are consistently getting enough food to gain. Maybe a couple days per week but it needs to be every day.

I like this post. Sums up everything perfect. This is the struggle for everyone, not whether or Not deca should be 300 or 400, or test should be 500-750.

First of all, a finger injury can still allow you to train certain muscle groups, such as legs.

Secondly, it took 15 days to lose all the gains? Impossible. Some people take 2 weeks off just to get better gains straight after.

After that, 3 years of lifting, yet 154 pounds? You are doing something very very wrong my friend, and you need to work on your diet and training. NO WAY you should even consider gear

i see guys in the gym spinning their wheels all the time. the solution isn't about hopping on gear, it is about fixing your training and diet.

i can easily tell why these guys aren't gaining.. lots of them use training aids while they lift. that is cheating your body. too many isolation lifts, not enough compound lifts. you gotta push yourself in the gym if you want your body to respond.

and when they leave they go to chikfilA to eat. again that isn't muscle building food and nutrition.

i would tell you to hire a GOOD coach who can correct what you are doing, if you just hop on gear you will gain a bunch of water weight and end up losing it all after.. just a waste of money and you will kill your HPTA.. drop me a message i would like to work with you

What are your max lifts for squat (full depth), Deadlift, Bench press, Shoulder Press? IF you dont train correctly you won't grow no matter what steroids you take. Compound exercises with heavy weights is what makes muscle and strength.
