If you go to u-tube and search "N2BM" there are video's that explain everything from tren to the different kinds of protein. I have found it to be very helpful and especially if you watch the video's and then research the topic. ....I wanted to thank Dylan Gemelli for putting these videos out there. The 1 on estrogen made me realize how important it is to keep your e2 in check. I would tell all the new guys to watch these video's they answered a lot of questions that i had.

I found it a lot easier if you search "N2BM" on u-tube. If you scroll down it's like the 3rd one. I tried to edit ^^^^^^^^^^^ but i don't think you can.

they helped me a lot b/c i been away from the scene for 10 yrs. Back then we didn't know about pct, estrogen, etc. .... there only thing i knew to do was take nolvadex is my nipples started to get tender. lol that's effed up. I stayed on juice for right at 5 yrs. straight b/c when i would come off i wouldn't have any energy ... I didn't know my test levels were 0.00 .....When i seen those video's on u-tube i thought this would be great for guys that are just getting into aas and older guys that don't know any better. If you subscribe they will upload them when the new 1's come out.
