Thanks Guys!
I am 6 feet tall. A lean 180-185lbs. I been training for 6 years now. Started at a fat 235 pounds. Lost a lot of weight in 1 year just running (not lifting) ended up looking like a string bean and then spent the last 4 years building myself up to a lean 180-185 naturally. Eating and training like a bodybuilder. One of my best friends is a natural champ so he guided me. I have been dedicated to this sport even though I have yet to compete. I can not grow for my life anymore. I train and and diet perfectly. This is my lifestyle. Well anyways I'm glad to start this new journey into the dark side and I can't wait to do some great logs. Thanks for the warm invite fellas. Will try and get my posts up so people don't think I'm some asshole. lol
