New to Evo

Just joined the online Evo community and have really enjoyed and learned for everyone's forum posts. I have not done any AAS before but am seriously considering. I have spent the last 4 years with an extreme weightlifting dedication and a good diet and have reached a serious plateau. In those 4 years I have spent thousands of dollars in supplements of various sorts with slim and in some respects no appreciable gains.

I got to the point of buying a PH SUPPLEMENT Omnadrol and after researchin it more decided not to take it. If I was willing to take this methylated concoction, why not take pure test instead and reduce the strain on the liver. So here I am.

My stats:
35 YO
5'11"
173 LBS
12-13% BF
5 days a week lifting, 2 days HIIT or running.

since losing 30 lbs when I was 30, my weight has stayed between 170-180, dropping as low as 165 when I was doing a lot more cardio than I should, and up to 187 when taking a mass gainer protein. I would say that the mass gainer did get me bigger, but my BF got up to 22-23% so little muscle gain.

I have become very frustrated but will never give up, even if I stay 175 and small, but glad to have found evolutionary!

Welcome! If goal is lean mass I'd find a 4 day a weeks split or 3 day a week full body routine and limit cardio to 2 days a week, 30min max.
Focus on STRENGTH training for a few years then rotate b/n strength and BBing routines.
You need to measure %BF with calipers over the next few weeks EOD or TID along with weight at same time daily (morning after piss is best). Then write out what u eat, calculate total cals, then breakdown macros....then we can go from there. Also document nightly sleep time and quality.
