Woke up 229.3lbs after low carbs the past two days. Started carb depletion training today. Pic updates below.

Unreal. The amount you've been able to accomplish since you started this in March is incredible.
You're gonna look sick once you fill back out a little. I didn't notice any flatness or deflating during your entire prep until this very last week. Of course that's to be expected, but when you slowly introduce carbs back in this week you're gonna look fantastic.

Clearly everything paid off and congrats for all of your time and commitment..Well it went even better than I thought for my first show! Thanks to my coach I couldn’t have done it without him! He put up with more than what I can tell you and he was awesome through it all. He was not only a coach but a therapist at times but more importantly a friend through it all. An ear when I needed him to listen through the bad and good times. This was probably one of the toughest things I have ever been through other than losing my mom over a year ago. Thanks Coach you have a life long brotha of iron and more importantly a friend!
Now on to the good stuff! First place novice classic physique, first place in Open Class C classic physique, overall champion!! Some low quality pics but will post some better ones once I get them.

Yes time to loosen up the diet a bit and get some r&r. You earned it.Rebound diet and training has begun. Weight is up slightly at 236.6lbs this morning. Feeling like a new man these past few days. Enjoying some extra food and my family. Will be taking the next 2 months to recover then hopefully hit offseason end of August timeframe. Will be cruising at 250mg of Test E and 150mg of Deca a week for now.

Do you ever find your motivation lacking when you drop down to a cruise? I always hate cruising because I know I'm busting my ass but not really making any gains. Do you feel the same way?
Going to be a fun cycle this offseason! Test E, EQ, and some low dose Deca. Probably stack some Sdrol or some Anadrol with it as well. Thank you Euro-pharmacies for the great gear!

Every-time I go to check your logs, you have a killer leg day.Had an awesome leg day 1 today. Finally getting into some heavy deadlifts post contest. Feels good to have some of my strength back.
7-18-20 leg day 1
Weighted lunges 50lbs - 12, 12, 12 reps
Deadlifts 405lbs - 8, 8 reps
Backoff set 365lbs - 10 reps
Stiff leg dead’s 185lbs - 12, 12
Calf presses 230lbs - 15, 15, 12, 12
Standing calf raises 120lbs - 10, 10
Lying hamstring curls 140lbs - 11, 10

Let me ask you, you made amazing progress and your killing your sessions. Clearly you would say great things about your coach. I thought about stepping it up around Nov, and looking into a coach.. Do you strongly recommend your coach?
I might hit him up. I have a shirt term goal and I think he's the guy that will help me get to it. I just need the commit to the time.
I do strongly recommend him. Is he the best out there no but he is 100% committed in making his guys better and you can tell by the detail and passion that comes through. He is knowledgeable and his willingness to learn makes him that much better. He is willing to listen and not too stubborn to look at different methods to achieve the best result possible for his competitors. Hope that helps. I can tell you that hiring him was the best thing I did to get better and to achieve the results I was looking for and we still aren’t finished!!

I didn't see this mentioned in any of your above posts. I'm wondering what your goals are right now following your competition? Is it straight up hardcore bulking? What is your strategy right now?
