Brand new here and getting back in the game after a lot of years away from the gym. I'm wanting to learn all I can about getting gear from the internet, (which I've never done before). Any help would be greatly appreciated. Also curious about SARMS and if they're worth my time looking into. Thanks in advance for the help.

Sure. I've been back training again for about four months. I'm 44y.o. 6'0, 235 with a disgusting 18% bodyfat. I've finally cleaned up my eating to where it should be for the last 2 months. I haven't trained steady, ( or hardly at all if I'm honest) since I was 34. Man what a difference 10 years makes! Takes a lot longer to recover between workouts, and the intensity in the gym isn't anywhere close to what I used to generate. I cycled for close to 3 years during my peak training days and saw incredible results. Now I just want to feel strong, put on some decent size, and lean up... A lot! I know I'll end up wanting to put on some slabs of muscle, but it's no longer about trying to be the Freak I used to pursue being. Hope that's what you were looking for. I appreciate any advice. Thanks
James

I understand wanting to get back what you Lost, I've been there.
But let me Moderate that feeling with a little bit of Caution.

With a Body Fat of 18% and your Age of 44.
The Risk of Side Effects from AAS goes up Dramatically.

So start Tracking your Diet.
You may find that you don't Burn Up Carbs like you did when you were younger.
So Carb Cycling is a Great Option, as it doesn't leave you Tired, and keeps your Body always Guessing.
I use Myfitnesspal to Track my Macros/Sugar/Sodium.
It's easy to do and even has a Smartphone App (beats the old Paper and Pen method)...................... JP
P.S.
I have used this App myself to great effect.

Welcome to evo. I agree with jp. Also the fitness pal app is great because it reminds me to update meals when I forget.

Welcome to the EVO community! I would suggest you to do some reading on the SARMs first, and then ask specific questions - this way it will be much easier for all.

The SARMS triple stack would be a good first SARMS cycle to run. You can read more about it here: http://www.evolutionary.org/the-SARMS-triple-stack-protocol

After the triple stack, run a mini PCT. 4 weeks of the following:
clomid at 25mg/day
nolvadex at 20mg/day
HCGenerate ES at 5 capsules/day
n2guard at 3 capsules/day

SARMS are minimally suppressive, there is no risk of aromatization (therefore no estrogen related side effects) and legal to use. You can get everything you need off sarms1.com, n2bm.com and ag-guys.com

Thanks for the input. I will follow up with all of your suggestions. Already using the MyFitnessPal app. Very nice! I guess my next question is: How do I APPROPRIATELY ask for source recommendations???
Thanks

Welcome brother! You will learn everything you need to know plus some here.

I am confused though, have you ran AAS before or not? Your first post says you haven't and your second post says you cycled for 3 years, just wanted to clear up weather you have ran AAS or not so everything can better help you.

No. My first post says I've never ordered off the internet. I had a reliable source that I used for three years. I cycled, more on than off, during that time. My old source is long gone. Since he earned his pro card I guess he's too important to help out his old training partner. Anyway, I'm trying to find something reliable again like a lot of folks. I keep getting posts from guys thinking I'm DEA. Don't know what to do with that. I guess I understand, but I gotta start somewhere.

Ohh ok thanks for clearing that up, figured it was something like that which is why I asked.

I was were you are now not too long ago, had a great local source and it just one day stopped and I had to look online for first time and it was a very scary time trying to get in good enough with people to get source contacts etc.

You are on the right track by bending active on the forums and having people getting to know you. My name is Mike, nice to meet you too bro.

Hoping to clear up some confusion about SARMS. I read an article the other day that said any SARMS that can be bought online are not legit as they are still in the beginning stages of testing and won't be available for some time. I know that SARMS1 is a verified supplier so what I read evidently can't be correct. The article also said that SARMS are controlled substances in the U.S.
I read on the forums here that they are in fact legal. Clarification on these issues would be wonderful. Oh, last question. I read up on the SARMS triple stack. What kind of results can I expect when comparing to a cycle using AAS? Let's say an "average" mass cycle.
Thanks in advance! :)

Update: Been using MyFitnessPal religiously for the last week. Pretty amazing! Makes the way I used to track my food seem like it was complete guesswork. Thanks for the great advice.
