Hello guys, this is my first week on pct after a long cutting cycle on test enth, winstrol and clen wit t3. Im running the perfect pct protocol. My problem now is Im not hungry at all and sometimes Im getting bad stomache pain. I have no Idea why. My cut was that intense and low on calories, that I think my stomache shrunk. But I have no idea why I get those wired stomache pain for just a few seconds 2-3 times daily!! Can anyone help me with some information???Of course I was on cycle Support during my whole cut.

It's phycological. When you have been on a reduced calorie diet for a long period of time, your leptin levels decrease and your body increases hunger as a defence mechanism. It's completely normal. That's why dieting sucks.

Incorporating high carb days or re-feed days are your best option to re-set leptin levels and reduce hunger. I have an article on how to set up a carbohydrate cycling diet here: http://www.evolutionary.org/forums/...-maximize-muscle-building-fat-loss-44218.html

You should be eating in a scheduled manner - don't wait for the stomach pain to come. Just eat everyday at the same time, and you should be fine. The above mentioned carb cycling is a great way of dieting - very easy, and yet effective.

I would do refeeds once in a while as well, even when cutting, because it helps you mentally and kinda refreshes the body
