Hi everyone I have been a part of this forum for almost a year now. Mostly just for knowledge purposes. Now I think I’m ready to make my first log.

Height - 6ft
Current weight 194lbs
I have been training since I was 17 years old. Dabbled with peds in my early 20s. During that time I had no idea what I was doing but if Rich Piana said I gotta eat to get big I was eating anything I could get my hands on. It didnt know how to track macros and had no guidance besides the internet. I just ate pure junk and ego lifted. No knowledge on controlled tempo, training to failure, recovery, and mostly nutrition. I didn’t get passed down good genetics but definitely have a “hard work pays off” mentality. Always was a competitive in sports/track and field in my younger days. Never really majored in any sports but was well rounded.
Fast forward to present time. Took some years off in the gym in my mid to late 20s to focus on starting my own business. Got married and now have a beautiful family.
After having my first child I decided I needed to get back in shape. I hired a coach and have been locked in for the past 3 years doing it the right way. This will be my 3rd cutting phase with my coach but my 1st cut on gear.
Previously March/24 I started my off season/reverse diet/growth phase. Test 250mg, primo 200mg, anavar 20mg (oral was for a short period) gh - 2iu in the am 2iu pre bed. 16 weeks on and then 8 weeks health phase on 140mg test. Got my bloods done and then back on for another 16 weeks same exact cycle but bumped up test to 350mg. I keep arimidex on hand.
Since January I have been just cruising on 250mg test. Just donated some blood last week and will be getting my blood work done end of February. Still waiting for my coach to highlight the cutting cycle I will share once the time comes. All my gear will be from SYN pharma. Gh from growthguyscanada.
Current macros: 230p/350c/80f
Cardio: 8’000 Steps Daily & Stairs 30 Mins x 5
Water: 4 Liters Daily
Training: arms, legs, push, pull, shoulders
Supplements:
Multi Vitamin – With meal 1
Omega 3 Fish Oils – 1000mg with meals 3x per day
Vitamin C – 1000mg with meals 3x per day Vitamin D – 4000iu am
Curcumin – 400mg am/pm
Magnesium – 400mg with last meal
Creatine Monohydrate – 5g per day
I have a bunch of on cycle supplements on hand which il be using during the cutting cycle. I will outline those when I start. (Liver,lipid,berberine,nac,r+ala) any other recommendations?
I’m already down about 10lbs since January. Just small tweaks to the macros + cardio. Ready to get the party started. From my muscle I put on my frame in the past 10 months (40lbs) I’m excited to see how I look at the end of this cutting phase. Il try my best to keep this log active and updated as much as I can.
