A quick introduction I've been at the gym now on and off for about 10 yrs started using juice about a yr and a half ago and was just wondering what peoples favorite pinning place is, I'm currently having a ml each of test e and sus once a week with half a ml of tren a daily..
I'm starting to run out of spots to jab, i've been doing constant loops hitting both delts and both glutes but everything is starting to really hurt, would everyone recommend quads for a extra 2 spots and any tips would be amazing

Quads are good but beware hitting a nerve it hurts unbelievably bad! Depending how 'meaty' your other body parts are may determine where you can shoot, always try to hit a spot 1" deep so possibly chest, calves, traps if again they're thick enough. Although having said that having quads, glutes and shoulders to shoot in should be quite sufficient you can shoot in a different location on the same muscle group without too much of an issue. Just my old man opinion,.
 
I've been doing my delta but the sus is corking me pretty bad to the stage were I'm waiting over a week to use it again, I've watched tutorials and stuff on youtube just wants some opinions first

I do the Outside of the Quads all the time without a Problem.

Roughly this is where you want to go.

2/3rds up from the Knee, and 1/2 way Down between the Top of the Quad and the Biceps Femoris........................... JP
 
I have a very in-depth article coming out on evolutionary.org discussing injection sites, technique and procedure. Keep an eye out for it!

My favourite injection sites are glutes, middle of the outer quadricep head, middle of your medial shoulder deltoid and the dead centre of your lat. The lat injection site is a little hard to execute yourself so you will most likely want a friend/family member to help you.

Using a 25 or 27 gauge needle will greatly reduce scar tissue and help a lot with reducing post injection pain.

I'm a delt man and glutes usually but running tren a every day is making me look into new places so I can give the area least a week to recover

Usually, my favorite spot are the glutes, and in fact, it is the best spot. No wonder all the docs prefer to pin there. However, since you are running out of spots to switch, you may as well pin your quads, as explained by JP, as it is the next best spot after the glutes and delts.
 
I only dude quads and delts these days and rotate. I used to only do glutes but once I mastered quads it was so easy
