Meal 1. Oats, protein pwdr, blueberries, milk
Meal 2. Butter chicken with white rice
Meal 3. 2x migoreng noodles, tuna
Meal 4. Protein shake (2eggs, milk, oats, protein powder, blueberries, ground cinnamon)
Meal 5. Post work out. Whatever my wife makes. Usually, spaggas, green Thai curry, butter chicken, chicken fajitas. (Post workout meal can be whatever I want as I just absorb whatever I eat)

That’s the basics of my food, now for gear.

Started on:
200mg test e
200mg deca
Then switched out deca for tren e
So test e stayed at 200mg and tren e 100mg
Alongside 25mg anadrol pre workout only on legs and chest day as they are my lagging parts.

Only pinned once a wk (very slack)
All these compounds I ran for about a yr I think.
I did consistently get test flu every time I jabbed and swelling ( glutes and quads, 23g needle) for some reason my right side always got infected but left side did not although both sides always had swelling and pain.
Have not figured out what the issue is just yet. Hopefully it is just a gear brand issue.

New cycle starting next wk with raptor labs this time consisting of

200mg test c
100mg tren e
20mg/day anavar
Will start anavar when I get a little leaner.

I’m going to try injecting eod with an insulin needle 27g 1/2” into delts this time to keep levels more stable.
Dr Todd Lee an ifbb pro swears by this to keep levels stable although he pins ed, I just don’t want to do that.
So 50mg test eod
Tren 25mg eod
My shoulders are fairly lean so I’ll see how the 1/2” needle goes.

No pepties currently needed for now.

Dr Todd is a pro he's not you, you don't have the same genetics tbh
why dont you have bloods done now?

@Bigboily the Test and tren are good and the Anavar is a good one with it. I've used Anavar with tren many times. It's a good one.

I just haven’t been recently, last checkup was around 3months ago and all was pretty healthy accept test levels which were at 4 nmol/l super low.
Still been training with low energy and low mood. So in 4 wks after first shot I will post bloods and will try get the bloods from previous off cycle aswell.
For the accuracy of what or how long I ran it for I ran deca at 200/wk so that was for 10wks then started tren e for 20wks approx till I ran out. Then cruised on 125mg test e on its own. Then jumped off completely and got bloods about a month later. That’s as accurate as I can be atm.

For supplements I only take fish oil and a multi. That’s it. I will ad in a zinc and magnesium sup.
Very basic.

I will eventually do ed for pinning once I find the culprit to my test flu.

New cycle seems exciting. @Bigboily I would increase the anavar though. 20 mg is super low for a man. I would push it maybe 40 or 50 mg if he can afford it.

New cycle starting next wk with raptor labs this time consisting of

200mg test c
100mg tren e
20mg/day anavar
Will start anavar when I get a little leaner.

I’m going to try injecting eod with an insulin needle 27g 1/2” into delts this time to keep levels more stable.
Dr Todd Lee an ifbb pro swears by this to keep levels stable although he pins ed, I just don’t want to do that.
So 50mg test eod
Tren 25mg eod
My shoulders are fairly lean so I’ll see how the 1/2” needle goes.

No pepties currently needed for now.
I will increase doses as my size goes up as “dr Todd Lee” describes it as if you have a 300ml cup and try to pour 500ml of water into it, it’ll spill over. ie high estrogen, pimples, mood swings. So trying to keep side effects down while still growing slowly.
When I do run higher test I will pull the tren and start running eq as I aromatise very easily and that should keep estro in check without having to run an ai. Primo is another option instead of running an ai but more expensive.

Will post bloods roughly 4wks after cycle starts.

Starting weight 85kg
Roughly 16% body fat

Will be running a slightly higher maintenance level of protein, carbs, fat.
Normally if I stick to that I can get leaner and and heavier at the same time.
I don’t normally track my macros to closely as long as I stick to 2x body weight in protein and eat enough carbs and fat to feel full I can hit my goals.

So everyday roughly:

200g protein (protein powder, chicken breast or lean mince, tuna)

Meal 1. Oats, protein pwdr, blueberries, milk
Meal 2. Butter chicken with white rice
Meal 3. 2x migoreng noodles, tuna
Meal 4. Protein shake (2eggs, milk, oats, protein powder, blueberries, ground cinnamon)
Meal 5. Post work out. Whatever my wife makes. Usually, spaggas, green Thai curry, butter chicken, chicken fajitas. (Post workout meal can be whatever I want as I just absorb whatever I eat)

That’s the basics of my food, now for gear.

Last yr ran very low doses to run it for longer
Started on:
200mg test e
200mg deca
Then switched out deca for tren e
So test e stayed at 200mg and tren e 100mg
Alongside 25mg anadrol pre workout only on legs and chest day as they are my lagging parts.

Only pinned once a wk (very slack)
All these compounds I ran for about a yr I think.
I did consistently get test flu every time I jabbed and swelling ( glutes and quads, 23g needle) for some reason my right side always got infected but left side did not although both sides always had swelling and pain.

Can you share what your typical training looks like.

Yeah stuff using 23g needles. I like 25g 1 inch for glute and 27g 1/2 inch for delt.

So 10wk gap for second photo and 18wk gap to last photo. I have lost some gains and put on some body fat since I’ve jumped off so will be a 6 month transformation as of next wk again.

I don’t really have a proper training routine.
I go 6-7 days a wk.
Train legs twice a wk, chest twice a wk and calves every 3 days. (My weakest points)
Here’s a rough example of my routine:
Mon-chest: warm up on side laterals 10kg, sets of 15, 4 sets.
Incline smith machine, no heavier then 100kg,
5 sets,10-15reps. Set 1-10kg, set 2-20kg, set 3-30kg, set 4-40kg, set 5-40kg following superset of 20kg-15reps (the kgs I’ve mentioned are weight per side of bar)

Tues-back:
Single arm row machine, 5 sets, 10-15 reps
Not sure what the weight is really as its cable weights but heavy enough that I can’t get more then 15 reps, tapering weight up every set.

Wed- legs/hemis:
Start off leg extension just to warm up my shitty knees, 4 sets, single leg, squeeze up top. Pretty light for all 4 sets.
Aducters 5 sets, 10-15 reps, first set light, once again not sure on weight but enough to get 10-15 reps.
Leg press, 5sets, 10-15 reps, feet up high with weight in my heels putting strain on hemi n glutes, all the way down, no more then 6 plates a side.
Seated hemi curls, 5 sets, 10-15 reps, don’t remember weight but heavy enough to only get 10-15 reps. Squeeze at the bottom.

thats it for now I’ll fill the rest out when I got more time later tonight

Even without the additional back workout elements it's still a quality update brother. Like the additional comments on exercises, especially the leg training 🩵
 
Gear rocked up on time from raptor labs
Loading phase this wk, pinning ed and will pin eod after this wk.
Almost zero pip aswell which I have not found with any other brand yet.
Will upload bloods in a month.
