pre training caffeine OD

About a year ago I stated taking preworkouts with caffeine and all sorts of energy boosters like DMAA. After 11 months or so I feel no energy after taking all these, like tnohing. I can't train and very tired, not feeling god with these pre workouts with stims. My question is could I OD on stims like this?
 
I've never been fond of all these, cup of coffee is fine. Energy boosters are waste of money, harm to your nervous system and kind of addictive.

Yes. If you overdose caffeine, your heart rate might go up too much, one guy OD'd jack3d and got a heartattack while training. If you overdose DMAA - you will puke half of the day (my personal experience), and feel like dying.

It seems that you numbed your receptors and what you need to do is have a complete break for at least a few weeks in order for them to refresh.
 
This is the major problem with stims, and stim based pre-workout supplements - they will stop working after some time because your adrenal receptors will get downregulated. Therefore, there is not really much you can do to make these stims work again. Yes, you might OD on some of these stims, and yes, they will give you some effect. However, after some time these overdosed dosages will stop rendering results either, and the higher the dosage, the higher the risks you run of getting a heart attack. Besides, stims will increase cortisol levels, which is a stress hormone that will make you get additional fat, and will affect many aspects of your health. Therefore, I strongly recommend you to stop taking all of these stims, and start using a non-stim based supplement. Just make sure to be gradual when going off the stims, and keep in mind that you might feel like shit while going off, because these stims are addicting - literaly. Then, once you are off the stims, try using non-stim based supplements, such as DSpark. It has no stims in it, but yet it gives me amazing energy and pumps in the gym. This product is a great example of how good a supplement may be even without stims among its ingredients.
 
Your adrenal cortex is severely fatigued from the abuse of stimulants. You are going to need to slowly ween yourself off all of the stimulants. DONT try to quit cold turkey. You will get withdrawal symptoms and feel terrible.

Slowly start reducing the amount of stimulants you use. Start by switching to a stimulant free pre-workout such as d-spark from n2bm.com. Slowly start to replace all the coffee and energy drinks with green tea or decaf coffee.

You need a break from stimulants. You are doing serious harm to your body by increasing doses to get the desired effects. This is what I recommend...make your own coffee. Use that as a preworkout drink. Slowly mix in more and more decaf until you don't have any regular coffee any more. This will prevent headaches and allow you to come off the drug.
