Pre workout

What are people taking for pre workout? I wanted to find something legit I could use. Any info appreciated!
 
some coconut water and creatine HCL is usually what I take. Unless it's a fasting day, then just water.
 
i have:

mr hyde
c4 original
BSN no xplode

and my fav is 2 scoops of c4, as it has 300mg of caffine with 3.2g of beta alanine and i feel it working. mr hyde is too week for me and bsn no xplode is impossible to drink, took it today and always threw up when drinking it

I don’t use them too often but when I do it is pre jym. Usually just some water or black coffee though.

I prefer not to have to take anything ,
But In saying that ,
I worked long days in a physical job (concreter) and I train straight after work .
So if I really need a pick me up I have a tub of Pre in my truck ,
At the moment it’s ‘pre kaged’ which I half scoop
 
The Kaged brand of stuff is pretty potent. I use Pre-Kaged before each workout. Warning..it seems to get slightly habit forming/addictive. I feel a little off if I don't use it before each workout.
 
I second Nitraflex. I wrote about my best pre workouts here, check it out.

Nitraflex is my go to pre workout, because of the testosterone boosting ingredient (CFB).

It's also great overall, fully dosed ingredients. Don't fall for the C4 hype and bullshit.

Jack3d is another great one, but it's hard to get.
