2 scoops doesn't give you the effective dosing of the beta alanine I try to stay off pwo but after a day on the steel you need it.

If you've never tried MCT oil... about two tablespoons... add to about 50 grms protein... mix in about 2-3 tblspoons of instant expresso coffee.........research MCT oil.....great stuff......it won't give you 'ballistic rocket to the moon' energy type.......but it's more like putting the grille on med high and cooking meat..........your energy level will be level, even and a consistent one without jitters, or if you train in the late afternoon or evening.....can't sleep at night syndrome........plus it gives your body a nice break from the normal pre-workout stuff.

I just picked up some c4. I have yet to try it because I am still finishing up some BPi Vortex. The BPi stuff is ok at best. I hope c4 is better
 
Totalis is always my go to in terms of pwo but sometimes I don't order in time and will only turn to c4. Flavor should never be a factor but it taste so damn good too.

I currently been doing a cup of Coffee and creatine. I also picked up C4 today and will be switching tomorrow.
 
The fact that my ex girl friend left me for a dude who used to be bigger then me.

C4 seems very popular. Think ill get down on some. Ive been makin my own stack with bulk ingredients but i dont think its worth all the trouble to save a few $ c4 users, where have you found the best prices?
 
I got a (2) pack with 30 servings each for $38.99, from costco. Amazon has a 60 serving container for $37.44.
 
I had c4 alot no xplode jack3d all of them. I recently started Hyde and love it! Taste isn't the best but man oh man is it awesome!
 
The old Jack3d (with 1,3-DMAA) was the best.

I need to get a big bag of dime powder and throw that into any mix, before my bottles of the old formula run out!
