Hi lads, ordered something with prime oz pharma on 21st of December. Still nothing delivered. Made the mistake of not doing much research as was rushing to get something sorted. Emailed them two days ago with no reply but was quick enough to reply to me when I was ordering off them. Has anyone else had any issues with them?

I have ordered with them before without any issues besides the bullshit $50 postage, but recently put in another order and Adrian was very responsive via email when looking to order but once I’d placed my order have not heard back, emails ignored and nothing has turned up.
Their customer service team is really poor. We need to reflect this so that our goods do not have to wait in vain.

Our security was compromised and our systems were hacked and shut down. We know the name of the hacker and he is based in Brighton, SA Australia. this fellow was pretending to be a customer of ours. And threatened to take things further because our Banks would not accept the payment coming from his Bank which was a strange looking bank at that they refunded the amount to his account and he then proceeded to use that to send screenshots of his banks 'messages' to him as a way to install and run scripts.
It is our understanding that this attack may be a hired hit tied to another lab who knew we were starting to do really well, a well known lab on here that I will not mention out of respect for the admins. The previous owner of this lab, after receiving a few years jail time previously, came out of jail and then became an IT Software and Engineering expert. It seems both him and his friend were a part of this.
We know who they are and we have been taking countermeasures and will continue to do so whether any one of us get locked up or not, these people will be eventually profiled and found. We have an extensive reach in this world, and nothing is off the table.
We will have a new website up and running in the following weeks. For anyone who has placed their orders in between these events unfolding we are going to still honor your order as soon as a new website is back up and running. At this stage though we are in the process of getting things back up and running A.S.A.P.
