Puritysourcelabs Service Question

Hello, I have a question about the service of Puritysourcelabs.
If the packages I ordered through the site are sent, does nobody know what exactly the packages are?
I mean, in my country, packages are disguised like Vitamin or cosmetics of fake company.
Does puritysourcelabs provide a service like the example?
I am in the first year in USA, and also this is the first domestic shipping through Puritysourcelabs.

I am still waiting on my first order with PSL but based on images of "td" they do come labeled. So if you open them up you'll know what they are? Correct me if im wrong but in the end I wouldn't worry too much about it because they'll make sure you know which is which in the end

The active community around PSL is exactly why i switched to them Hope they make it into oce.

I think the order checking thing isn't really on psl side more like the courier choice provides little updates which isn't their fault so not much can be done

If you follow my link above it will give you tracking. Then you go to usps tracking. Put in your tracking# and it will show what and where it is. At that point its on usps. But it will show usps check-ins . up til delivery. But you can still track it.

Also, you can alwaya contact one of the reps. Like myself. Im always willing to help.

They don't really provide updates once it's left the country which I don't blame them but theres no way of figuring out which courier took their item once its left so pretty much stuck with the same update since a week

Yea just tried and they got nothing. It's alright though I'll just wait it out and is there a way we can suggest a custom courier service next time? I wouldnt mind paying the difference it's just a certain type has a better pass rate into Australia/New Zealand

Can't send PM's but pretty much its for OCE so ups won't work. Anyway it's not a big deal Appreciate all the help just gotta wait for it to randomly arrive i guess
