So i decided to change my source and order from naps deusmedical products domestically EU
Thing is all my other sources have removed deus medical completely due to the fact that supposedly they have shipping issues
Napsgear customer service told me that everything is fine,but its been already 4 bussiness days and no tracking number(5th is their max)
My question is,is it normal that maybe a supplier like deus will keep shipping for some of their sources while not for others?...it matters to me a lot due to timing issues with my cycle...

welcome back to the EVO family! @Mrpolytraitor I think in EU shipping is up and down depends on supplier and I have heard Dues having issues shipping. I would wait a week before anything.

Napsgear is legit so I wouldn't worry at all, man. Just give them a chance to get you the product.

As long as you're getting it from Naps, as others have said, then you don't have to worry about anything.

A lot of sources right now and brands have shipping issues but Napsgear will get you your stuff man, you don't have to worry
 
guys i am not saying that napsgear is not legit i know they are th OGs in the game
My question is how do they have available deus medical when other vendors have removed them for shipping issues
If someone can answer me that ill be happy to have my order with naps,i just dont wanna waste time and have it canceled and have to order other brand

Again always contact naps in the 1st instance. But day 5 not day 4

Yes, it can happen that one supplier or outlet temporarily stops or slows a product line while others still have stock and continue shipping. That usually comes down to logistics, stock allocation, or shipping route issues rather than anything definitive about the product itself. That said, 4–5 business days without a tracking number is still within a range that can happen, especially with EU domestic reshipping setups, but you’re right that it’s getting close to their stated maximum. At this point, the only meaningful indicator is whether they provide a tracking number soon. If they don’t by their stated deadline, you should follow up directly and ask for a clear shipping status or cancellation/refund options.
