Purpose of B6?

Can anyone enlighten me to the specific use of vitamin B6?
It is essential to many enzyme functions, protein metabolism, cognitive function, immune function etc. It is actually found in many many foods, and you may not need to supplement extra if that is the underlying question.

B6 has many uses in the body. I’m assuming you mean b6 in relation to prolactin? It can help keep prolactin at bay for some.
