If the goal was to make a combo to raise Test levels immediately after injection and keep test levels steady, what esters would you use? And what amount of each ester would you use?

you need to inject over a time frame to get peak levels.. it will take 4-5X the half life to hit a peak as long as you are injecting properly schedule wise

I can't see that I'd want to over think a cycle that much. The end results matter more than a perfectly stead test level.

When you inject testosterone bound to an ester, that already happens. The testosterone is slowly released from the ester over the course of weeks/months

Sounds like you are trying to reinvent the wheel. If you are talking about getting to peak levels the fastest and staying there then you would have to pin test suspension multiple times per day. That isn't practical though. Just pick either test prop or test e/c and go with it.

If you are looking the fastest acting testosterones then either suspension (no ester attached to it) or propionate.
