Ready to give my gear a run. Very basic cycle just looking to put on some size then follow up with a shred . Current stats :
46 yrs old
5'7
212 lbs
train about 4-5 days a week .
10 week cycle
Weeks 1-4 50mg Anadrol - ED
Weeks 1-10 400mg Test E and 400mg Deca Every week
PCT's following up

Would there be any need to add any Sarms to this cycle ? I see quite a few cycles have been throwing them in. Also what purpose would they serve during cycle. Any advise ?

The anadrol looks fine ,but the test,and deca,i would run longer .I would go 12 to 16 weeks. Deca does not really kick in until weeks, 5 or 6..,but when it does, it gives you slow but steady gains.And you have to run aromasin at 10 mg,eod.
 
Ill bump it up a few weeks @jbaran. @ Thebigrig I'm currently at about 18 % BF I try to stay pretty fit year round . By no means am i shredded but not sloppy either .
 
I am a big fan of SARMS and think that SARMS are a great addition to any cycle. They will increase results with no side effects.

Based on your body fat, I would add in Cardarine or SR9009. The single best supplement you can take for fat loss is a PPAR up regulator like cardarine or SR9009 -> https://www.evolutionary.org/cardarine/

The nicest thing about cardarine and sr9009 is that they are not stimulants or hormones so they won't effect sleep, raise cortisol levels or anything like that. It'll cause a huge boost in fat loss with no side effects.

As your body fat increases, the more testosterone will aromatize into estrogen and the worse your muscle insulin sensitivity. You are running 3 very estrogenic compounds. Adding cardarine or SR9009 into your cycle to increase fat loss would be a really good idea.

I don't thing you really need SARMs with a test and deca cycle but I might add Cardarine to help reduce body fat and keep it off while adding some mass. It will also really help with your cardio while on.
