I would like to pick some brains on recovery. What do you guys think is the best recipe for workout recovery? I want to be taking all the right stuff so i can recover faster for my next workout. Any tips would be great thanks!
 
Recovery is a 24/7 thing. You need to be eating well, sleeping well, minimizing stress etc.

Antioxidants and vitamins/minerals are great to assist recovery. Most people don't eat enough fruits/vegetables so I would start off with supplementing with a good greens powder and a high quality multi vitamin/mineral

Food (protein rich), rest (inc a good nights sleep), stretching (inc yoga) and, if you have the money, massage.
 
if you live in the first world you aren't going to be deficient on vitamins unless you eat mcdonalds and soda all day

so yeah a well balanced diet takes care of that and supplementation

the biggest aid to recovery is SLEEP. the problem is sleep quality is poor in the 1st world due to time and stress.
