Redness pain etc.

Hello

I injected 1 cc of test e into my delt on Thursday night and now it is red and painful. Most of the pain is probably due to just normal injection pain, this is my first time hitting my delt, but I'm not sure.

The redness is what has me real concerned. The weird thing is it's not red where I injected, instead it's red lower down my arm, below the injection site.

Also, I didn't notice any of this until early this morning, it didn't start immediately after injection.

Any thoughts on what's up here?

Happens to me a lot. I'll hit delt, a day or two later, my tricep is itchy as fuck and red. Probably hitting nerves or injecting close by them
 
It's gravity ! Have you used this gear before ? Is it warm ? Has your muscle tightened ? Does it hurt ? Most likely you will be fine , but ?

No this is my first time using this fear. It hurts but I think only as much as a first time felt injection should ( I think). It is warm a little bit.
 
I had this happen once, I tried to use a short insulin pin. To much oil and it went subQ. Was red and swallow for a few days. I knew it was good gear, I had used it before and it was from a pharmacy. Not to say that is the same thing you have.
 
Also this is my first cycle with BWL gear and my first delt injection period but it's not my first injection on this cycle. I injected the BWL test e into my quads with no problems, (alot of PIP but no redness or heat or anything).

I think it's just the Location, try the side of your Quad, I can do 2cc and no PIP, and that's with Test P.

I'm not a big fan of the Delts, unless it's for Peptides, and then I go "Site Specific".

You just need to be extra careful for the Delts, and all the smaller Muscle's........................................JP

P.S.
I have heard of some people being more sensitive to Test E.
BWL is GTG as far as I know, never heard a bad word.

Yeah I was thinking (and hoping) it was just a bad injection and not something worse like infection.

Like I said I've never done the delts before and I was so unsteady with one hand that I kept pushing it in too far and then when I realized I was doing that I'd ease up and it would slide back up and out a bit.

In other words, the needle was like bobbing up and down in my delt for the whole injection. Worst pin of my life.

I'm gonna follow paja's advice and do the glutes.
 
Those are my favorite injection sites. But I didn't know if I use them to much.
 
Don't jump to conclusions and say it's the gear. If you've never had injection pain or redness, you've never injected lol. Like I said, this happens all the time with Delt injections
 
I came into a delt at a bad angle once. I could not reach the plunger, had to get my son to come and do it for me. Kids, good for something, I guess.

Oh I have had this exact same issue ! Now that I know what gear it is I take it back . Bwl are proven by the masters that they are a good gear !
We also figured out it's not the first injection with the test-e , so your good their . I think you just massacred your delt by humping it with a needle ! Lol , be careful !

But after I saw redness and felt some heat I was like "OH NO"!!!
I get paranoid easy lol
 
Size pins you using? Hit both my delts this week for first time w/25g. No pain slid in like butter. On other hand i hit gluts for first time too and left side hurt like phuk. And i'm talking virgin sites w/prop. Smooth prop.

Also the redness weirds me out because it's not at the injection site, I injected almost at my shoulder joint (not quite but up there, ya know where the delt is) but the redness is like half way down my upper arm. Like halfway between my shoulder and my elbow.
 
Shoot Bret , I'm a savage , 21g all day with no pip ! I won't do the thighs with 21 tho . As a matter of fact I won't do thighs ! I ride bike .

why do you guys bother injecting in the delts when for every upper body workout the shoulder will come in to play to some extent? glutes all day, the lady pinned me for the first time last thursday and she bossed it like a champ in the magic spot.. I'm feeling quite blessed!

It's gravity bro , it's going down , maybe a histamine reaction to the humping , you can pop a Benadryl , see if it helps .

Relax. Take some time before hand and make sure you're relaxed.

Use quads, glutes and ventrogluteal injection sites. You'll be fine.

Some are sensitive to test E. How many mg and how many ml were you injecting?

PIP doesnt bother my workouts. Did shoulders today and hit pr on several lifts
 
First time i injected pfeiser cyp at dr. office when they trained me to inject. My thigh was hot to touch and red below injection area, So dont freak out
 
Once I did a shoulder injection that seemed to go well. If I recall there was a bit of bleeding, but not much. Well that turned into a bruise, that became a bigger bruise (no pain just discoloration), that traveled down and made my tricep all discolored too.

But seriously, when I hit delts, once in a while I'll get the tricep pain and bruising like I described, but it will itch. I mean all day long I itch it until it's bleeding and little red dots appear for a few days on the tricep. Craziest thing... That's why I think I inject close to a nerve. I've herd of other guys having the exact same experiences too

When iwas researching tb500 i came across a forum on which a member said he injected tb into his penor and used some sort of stretching bracket to make his penor grow. I though he was joking but as i kept reading i realized he wasnt

It could be man or like what happened to CEO, I think was a Hematoma. I see it all the time in the hospital with below surface bleeds. Blood pools below the skin then moves with gravity. You may have had one, it moved down but never surfaced enough to see it. As it reabsorbed into the body and healed you will itch.

It's like a "blood bruise". Poor old people getting stuck everyday, their arms look like they've been beat. Anyway, it's not a big worry but looks terrible and can feel terrible too. Also like Paja said, it's could be what's in the Test that make "irritate" the dermis...dermatitis (what they call shit when they have no idea what it is lol).
 
Bro test Enanthate powder from china right now has element in it that causes a lot of pip. Bad like prop! It's harmless other then the pain. But the redness sounds like bad injection or something else
 
I've read up alot on abscesses and while many of the signs/symptoms are pain, redness, swelling and heat (yikes!) it also appears that the abscess/infection would be forming at the injection site.
Am I correct?

Because my redness is lower down my arm than the injection site.

It's definitely not an abscess so don't worry yourself reading about it all day.

As long as you're alcohol swabbing vials, injection site and changing needles after you draw, you shouldn't need to worry about infection unless you have dirty gear
 
Did you try a Benadryl ? What harm can it do ! It's not an infection ! You would of gotten infected on a prior injection sites .

Now the redness has spread
It stayed where it was but also spread back up to the injection site ( now instead of it being red at halfway to my elbow it is red from the injection site all the way to half way to my elbow ) other than that the pain and the bit of swelling that has been there are still there.
 
If it's a histamine reaction , it will make it go away , and clear your sinuses . Don't freekout ! Look for Mrteacher he just had the same issue with enanth , were you think I got that carbolic acid info , I ain't that smart :) it went away after a day or two ! He switched to cyp and is having no issues now . You will be alright !

Are you sure you injected this same gear already ?

But only in my quads

It just bugs me out because the pain redness and swelling came on like a day and a half or so after injection and now the redness is spreading, etc.
But hopefully it passes/clears up

It seems a bit better ( maybe).
The redness was weird last night
It spread all the way back up to the injection site and was like a huge red spot.

This morning it's still red but it's back to looking much more like it did at first (only red way below injection site, almost halfway to my elbow). The swelling and heat are about the same though maybe a bit better.

The pain is less severe.

What do you guys think could be the reason for that?

I highly believe it's a histamine reaction , like poision oak dosent start right away . Bynadryl ! Try it !
Did you do your homework I gave you ? Carbolic acid in enanthate ester.

I want to try Benadryl
I'm just reluctant to use any OTC meds because I'm also taking dbol and I don't wanna harm my liver.

If it's some type of reaction or irritation I can live with that and just tough it out.
I was just worried that maybe it was some kind of infection starting and I was flipping out.( and I don't wanna go to the ER too early for nothing and admit to some doc that I injected my self with something).

I must have brother. There was no pain, just a big ol purple bruise! LOL! Pretty embarrassing. A friend asked me about it, and I hadn't even noticed it yet. I knew right away what it was from but I played dumb.

The last one is a pic from yesterday
In the first 2 the redness is a little worse in real life than it looks in the pics but all in All I think it looks a bit better than yesterday's pic (though maybe that's just wishful thinking)

What the hell

Now today it hurts more again and it is redder again and it is kinda swollen and hard

I just don't get why it starts to get better and then comes back again.
Like, what would cause it to fluctuate like that?

Also, would an infection be forming like halfway between my shoulder and elbow when the actual injection site was almost at the top of my shoulder?

How long has it been ! Ice it and take some 600mg of Advil . A good sign will be if the pain goes away with OTC meds ! Draw a circle around it . See if it goes outside the circle . If it starts to prey like hell , cause the next step is amputation ! J/k go se the doctor and then a tatoo artist to fix that damn tat ! Or you can go to Vegas and look for those guys that do the show Bad Ink ! You'll be fine .

Don't worry. It happens. Every now and again it settles into my triceps. Delts are my favorite though

If I do a lot of driving / sitting the day after a glute injection it pushes up toward my belt line and gets irritated also. In both cases it's usually gone within the week

It looks better sometimes and then it comes right back

It's been 5 days (I did it Thursday night)
 
Now I took my temp again just to recheck
And now it's 97.5

The redness, pain/soreness, swelling and hardness etc seem to get better for a while (like after I'm immobile or sleeping or something) and then they flare up again , they never completely go away but rometimes they are noticeably better than at other times

It's weird

My good friend just came from er sunday. He was told had an abcess , they drained it gave antibiotics and 2 days later he said is all good . Heis pain came and went for a week before he went in. When in doubt get it looked at
 
Kurt , listen , you have to contact the lab and tell them what's going on , they need the feedback , and it's possible that it's the enanthate . Maybe they will give you some cyp to try . It might make a huge difference . Good luck

I just posted in another thread some Bro Science about Test E that may help. If the pain is going away and coming back again this could be caused by the flexing of the muscle. If it is left in a clinched state for a long peroid this could inflame the problem. Are you doing any repetitous action that would cause your delt to be contracted for lengths of time. If you have what I had the only thing that helps is Ibuprofin and rest.
You can avoid alot of the problems with the Test E if you excercise the muscle imediately after your injection. If you pin your quad you need to be doing squats 20 min later. This will spread the oil out alot so you body doesnt have time to react to it. Wost thing you can do is Inject and then go to sleep. You need to spread the oil out. Heat pads dont work.
