Wasn’t sure where to post this… for any Reta gurus or anyone with experience using Reta what’s your dosing and what’re your thoughts on split dosing (everyday or eod) vs once a week for example ?

Saw this video and wandering what everyone’s thoughts are

Start @ 1mg a week split in two doses

Adjust accordingly based on that starting dose 👌🏼 some people find their limit is 1.5-3mg for others it’s higher

It’s highly dependent on the individual

What about thoughts on the video of why microdosing is a waste of time?
As in micro dosing for health benefits or micro dosing purely for the appetite suppression?

I started at 2mg - found it very effective, but the nausea was pretty brutal, if I had my time again I would of started 1mg
This ^^ I started at 1mg and didn't need anymore for nearly 2 weeks. Ride the low dose for as long as you can

I'm a former fat cunt and been on reta for a good 9 months now almost finished getting rid of it all, gone as high as 10mg but found 6mg the sweet spot. Lots of guys I've spoken to about using reta noticed they got far less appetite suppression splitting their doses up more than like 2-3x a week.
Personally i stick to monday and thursday and it works great, hunger returns by day 5-6 if i do once weekly dosing.

I’m up to 1mg eod but still finding myself quite hungry, I might switch to 1.5mg twice a week and see how that goes

What dose did you start with bro?
And how long would you say you were on the lower doses for, ie, 1-4mg per week?

I found once a week to be fine, try to stick to the lowest dose you can get away with.

It does not have the sledgehammer approach of appetite suppression like a ozempic. It is more of a noise canceling type thing, as in it gives you extra willpower to ignore the crappy foods so you can concentrate on trying to eat the good stuff.

I'm also messing around with dosing. I'm finding that the hunger suppression varies a lot. I might try splitting my dose like some of you are suggesting to see if that helps keep things more consistent.

I have switched from 2x a week to 1x a week to save money, and I surprisingly felt more appetite suppression on a lower dose. Maybe it is a placebo? I feel 2x a week is not necessary. And relying entirely on Retatrutide as a crutch for appetite suppression vs food choices and timing...etc is a big mistake. It is just a tool and people fall off relying entirely on it..

Retatrutide isn’t just about curbing hunger, it’s a powerful metabolic tool when used correctly. One of its biggest advantages is improving insulin sensitivity which is extremely beneficial if you’re pushing high calories especially from carbohydrates.

For me, increasing carbs was always a challenge because of reactive hypoglycemia. I tried berberine, but it didn’t work. Didn't want to take the Metformin path either. The only thing that helped was adding high fiber to my diet which comes with its own drawbacks. Introducing Retatrutide completely changed the game, it resolved the issue and allowed me to nearly double my carbohydrate intake without the crashes.

Titrating between 250–400 mcg daily, the results have been excellent. On the higher end I start noticing appetite suppression so I draw a fine line to maintain the ability to consume enough calories while still getting leaner, recovering better and feeling great.

If you’re using Retatrutide only for appetite suppression that’s not the smartest approach. It’s overly expensive and unnecessary. You can achieve similar results for free with proper diet adjustments. The real value of Retatrutide lies in its ability to enhance metabolic flexibility, improve insulin sensitivity and support performance during high/low calorie phases.

Anyone running Reta during a gain phase?

I just came out of a cut, got to the point diet fatigue was too heavy for me, lack of sleep was horrific and just felt like shit. Got back to the single digits, so Im happy. That said, even at 2mg a week, reta was SO good for my bloodwork in the first 8 weeks. I ended up titrating up to 4mg before finishing.

I've tried 1mg the first couple of weeks of gaining, even just eating a little above maintenance (+300 cal) and typically 3-4 days after dosing I am absolutely on my ass. The slow gastric emptying is pretty debilitating, I could settle for just feeling full, but the stomach aches from this are diabolical. In two minds of either just cutting it all together for a month until its all out of my system or try microdosing like 250mcg twice a week. I just dont think I can mentally handle another day on my back sulpher burping with a gut ache.

I’m on a calorie surplus while using it but still getting leaner. At the moment at my biggest, leanest and staying extremely hard too. Their is other variables (anabolics) but it’s def been a game changer for me. Along with mots-c at 285mcg a day, never felt so strong with training but also getting through reps and sets with ease. Ran mots-c for 30 days and now switching to slu-pp-332 1mg a day. Will keep in the loop.👍🏻

Cut out fatty meats, protein powders/aminos and eggs. Stick to cooked veggies, salads and the occasional lean protein source like chicken breast until your stomach settles.

I found this protocol worked for me. I found protein powders, fatty meats, dairy etc would really mess up my stomach until my body adjusted. Probiotics like kimchi and sauerkraut helped.

But that could be just you? Everyone tolerates foods differently.
