SARMS Triple Stack calories/macro help?

Hey guy going to be starting my sarms cycle next week and just had a few questions about calories and macro breakdows..ect.

1.should i take my sarms with food? Empty stomach? Doesnt matter?

2. Calorie intake on SARMs? Should i eat around my BMR(1800-1900 cals) while taking them? More? Less? My main goal is to do alittle recomp but mostly shred up. At 10% bf currently.

3. Most effective macro break down for the triple stack? 40c/40p/20f? 30c/40p/30f? I prefer to intermittent fast.

4. Working out fasted with sarms? I work out in the morning an hour or 2 after I wake up usually. Better with food or without? No difference?

Thank you for any input!

bro here you go...
1) best to take after food
2) if you're 10% bodyfat just keep BMR -5%
3) 50% protein/30% fat/20% carbs
4) bro you can do that...would help fat loss

50p/30f/20c would be best? That would put me at about 238g protein, 95g carbs and 63g fat at 1870cals a day. My goal is to get down to 7-8% but add alittle lbm is the process. So basically a slight recomp.

@gearhead got you well covered here. When you take the SAMRs, make sure to put it right into your mouth, and then chase it with juice or water. But don't mix the SARMs in the cup with the liquid - it will stick to the walls, and you will end up getting less SARMs in your body.

the whole counting calories thing I just don't agree with for 2 reasons.

1. people take in more calories then they think. meat has calories but people don't seem to want to count it as much as a slice of pizza. some guys think they can eat chicken 8X a day and its not calories, only protein.. lol.

2. we burn different amount of calories everyday. an accountant will burn less than someone who works digging ditches for the utility company all day. its annoying when I read guys who work in the mill say how easy it is to trim up, I would love for them to spend a month doing a white collar job sitting on a computer 12 hours a day and see how fast they gain fat.

You don't need to deficit your BMR. Deficit your TDEE.

Macros are not standard for anyone. Start with the basics. 50%P/30%F/20%C. See how that does for you for about two weeks. and go from there. Certain people have higher metabolisms than others. Some have different allowances on carbs and fats due to how their body is specifically effected.

Fasting is not going to be the most effective approach. Calories are calories at the end of the day. Same thing goes for fasted cardio. Its not like you burn more calories on an empty stomach really. At the end of the day its calories consumed vs calories burned. People neglect the fact they need to protect muscle tissue. Intermittent fasting will make you miserable.

Doesn't matter. If it upsets your stomach, take it with food.

2. Calorie intake on SARMs? Should i eat around my BMR(1800-1900 cals) while taking them? More? Less? My main goal is to do alittle recomp but mostly shred up. At 10% bf currently.
Have your calorie intake at your BMR or slightly under as SARMS will provide a slight increase in your BMR. 1800-1900 calories/day is a good amount.

3. Most effective macro break down for the triple stack? 40c/40p/20f? 30c/40p/30f? I prefer to intermittent fast.
50p/30c/20f is what I recommend. Protein is very important when restricting calories and cutting to preserve muscle mass.

4. Working out fasted with sarms? I work out in the morning an hour or 2 after I wake up usually. Better with food or without? No difference?
I would eat breakfast before working out. You do not need to be in a fasted state to effectively burn adipose tissue. That is total bro science. Eating before your workout will prevent muscle loss and allow you to train harder. At least get a protein source in before your workout such as egg whites or a whey isolate shake.

Thank you for any input!

I am in bold above

So 1800-1900 cals a day at 50p/30c/20f puts me at about 94 carbs a day. Should I be refeeding? or just go my whole cycle without any refeeds. If i do refeed what should my macros be and how often should I refeed?

Why are your calories that low?

You can have refeeds here and there. Nothing wrong with that. I don't keep my carbs consistant..there is room for fluctuation in this. You don't need to lock your calories down at a specific number just a range.this allows you to take your carbs and cycle them.

How often though? Being on sarms1 triple stack protocol and taking in 90 carbs a day training 5 days a week at 10% bodyfat
