Ingestion/ Food

Protein shake 2 scoops 60 grams protein each scoop w a frozen banana
4 eggs,
2 tablespoons peanut butter,
2 cups whole milk
2 cups oats

My diet when I’m dialed is literally chicken and rice twice a day, spice it up w two table spoons of low sodium teriyaki sauce.

1 -2cup rice
Half pound of chicken x2 a day

Sometimes a throw a pizza in the oven when I’m lazy…. Something I should probs stop I guess?

I try to throw red meat in there 1-2 times a week replacing the meal of chicken,


Im a pretty picky eater so I incorporate frozen fruits into my diet but since it’s not every meal I take multivitamins.

Note*
My metabolism has also been ridiculous and can eat it anything I’m not saying this is my mind set but just to understand me and my body more.


I guess when I write this out I should start counting macros and logging a bit more serious… but I added my most eaten in a day and my cal intake sits around 1800-2000 calories. Foods always been a hard one for me, I’ve been trying to find loopholes with myself to get more things in there such as the shakes or freezing of foods

I work 3rd shift so my sleep is kinda messed up, Get home around 4 am and sleep till about 11-12 in afternoon. Gym then work. Repeat.

As of this post date will have bloods done in 3-4 weeks. Cycle time would be week 10

I won’t know forsure till bloods show but felt like a trt dose until week 6 at change of dose to 300mg.

Also side note idk how important it is but my dad had hypergonadism/ low t.

Side note*
This being week 6 was the fullest and best I’ve felt in the gym. I was feeling a lil dull and flat and just not as happy with 5 weeks as how sarms made me look and feel. But today changed my mindset on that and will continue to dial and do this right.

Also I know one of my post I asked “how long can I run this” pretty much what I was asking is. What’s the most optimal time for this cycle, felt like the first 5 weeks were nothing but I understand me being young and newer to this I shouldn’t put myself through a very long cycle. Also another question that tags with this is I’m not gonna PCT so do I just stop taking test all together at the end or do I take a much smaller dose? Some people may say this comes down to me deciding to be in trt and I’m not to concerned about making that choice as I’ve had a lot of family history with people being on that side of the T level.

I see I need to get some things in order before really getting the answer I want so I’ll be scheduling bloods in the next two weeks, along with taking more notes of my diet. I’m open to all constructive criticism that’s why I’m here. Thank you for taking the time to read this :)

I see your pinning BPC once weekly at 250mcg. Id up that to 250mcg daily or atleast more frequently. I pinned 300mcg in my right knee daily and it helped a lot especially with inflammation in the joint. Really made the cardio bearable.

Its also better pinned locally, so if youve got any injuries or something, the closer the pin the better.

No problem broski, i used to do my macros by adding it up in notes on my phone. The app make it so much easier.

In the more section theres workout routines, you can make your own. Same for cardio you make a custom cardio for if you add mad incline on the treadmill or use the stairmill etc.

I started with 300mcg BPC in the AM and now do 300mcg AM and PM. From what ive read 250-500mcg 1-2 times daily is common dosing.

What, if any, is your previous PED experience?
 
If this counts as n answer…
3 sarm cycles. Rad 140 20 mg 6 weeeks, S4 and YK-11 6 weeks, RAD-140 and S4 and YK-11-5 weeks I stopped wanting to put my liver and body through all that.
Use n2guard even with sarms because sarms do hit your liver a little bit. Not as much as oral steroids but they still do.
 
The difference between the two test are the several panels and 130$ should I go with the one with more panels or is the first one give me all the info I need?
For me i just did my baseline bloods before my first cycle coming up and never got thyroid, igf1, lh, fsh or psa. But i did get free T and the estradiol was basic not lcms. You can probably get away with the less costly one. Can you add free test to the cheaper one?

Ill be adding lh fsh and a few others when im on cycle, but not igf1 or psa etc.

Though im sure some more experienced bros will have a better idea. Also depends on your budget too bro. I skipped SHBG to save money. Lol
 
Hey evo team, UPDATE LOG

Hey guys so I logged yesterday and I’d say I definitely feel a lot better about my day knowing what was going on all the way through it. I have listed below my work out for the day, it’s the last day of my circuit and go on a rest till Sunday.

In my first log post someone said let’s get some pictures of the food and some better logging so I took a picture of what I made before leaving the house. The day was like 1900-2100 with the snacks I forgot to log.

Felt a gap of hunger in my day so I think I’m gonna fit another meal in there after hitting the store and work.

So attached is my work out along with my food.

Sleep has been good early to bed and early rise lately and I’m liking it, motivation is up and my focus is pretty clear no bumbarding thoughts and not as much procrastination.

Will figure out something to fill time on rest days.

If you made it this far can you go up and answer which blood panel I should order ^^ gonna place that this week and get it done in a week - 10 days

Weight is up around 175 now.

I’d like to go all the way through summer if my bloods say so and if it’s optimal.
