Ingestion/ Food
Protein shake 2 scoops 60 grams protein each scoop w a frozen banana
4 eggs,
2 tablespoons peanut butter,
2 cups whole milk
2 cups oats
My diet when I’m dialed is literally chicken and rice twice a day, spice it up w two table spoons of low sodium teriyaki sauce.
1 -2cup rice
Half pound of chicken x2 a day
Sometimes a throw a pizza in the oven when I’m lazy…. Something I should probs stop I guess?
I try to throw red meat in there 1-2 times a week replacing the meal of chicken,
Im a pretty picky eater so I incorporate frozen fruits into my diet but since it’s not every meal I take multivitamins.
Note*
My metabolism has also been ridiculous and can eat it anything I’m not saying this is my mind set but just to understand me and my body more.
I guess when I write this out I should start counting macros and logging a bit more serious… but I added my most eaten in a day and my cal intake sits around 1800-2000 calories. Foods always been a hard one for me, I’ve been trying to find loopholes with myself to get more things in there such as the shakes or freezing of foods

Sleep routine
I work 3rd shift so my sleep is kinda messed up, Get home around 4 am and sleep till about 11-12 in afternoon. Gym then work. Repeat.

Bloods were not done when natty….
As of this post date will have bloods done in 3-4 weeks. Cycle time would be week 10
I won’t know forsure till bloods show but felt like a trt dose until week 6 at change of dose to 300mg.
Also side note idk how important it is but my dad had hypergonadism/ low t.

Side note*
This being week 6 was the fullest and best I’ve felt in the gym. I was feeling a lil dull and flat and just not as happy with 5 weeks as how sarms made me look and feel. But today changed my mindset on that and will continue to dial and do this right.
Also I know one of my post I asked “how long can I run this” pretty much what I was asking is. What’s the most optimal time for this cycle, felt like the first 5 weeks were nothing but I understand me being young and newer to this I shouldn’t put myself through a very long cycle. Also another question that tags with this is I’m not gonna PCT so do I just stop taking test all together at the end or do I take a much smaller dose? Some people may say this comes down to me deciding to be in trt and I’m not to concerned about making that choice as I’ve had a lot of family history with people being on that side of the T level.
I see I need to get some things in order before really getting the answer I want so I’ll be scheduling bloods in the next two weeks, along with taking more notes of my diet. I’m open to all constructive criticism that’s why I’m here. Thank you for taking the time to read this
