Writing from Italy! This is going to be my very first cycle.
I have an ectomorph “hardgainer” body type. I’m naturally defined but lack muscle mass and struggle to gain weight.
My goal is keepable, permanent gains. I prefer quality tissue over water weight, and I would like to ensure a smooth recovery with a proper PCT
STATS:
• Age: 31
• Height: 184 cm (6’0”)
• Weight: 72 kg (158 lbs)
• Body Fat: ~10-11%
• Training Experience: Years of lifting, but never nailed the bulk diet consistently.
BASELINE BLOODWORK:
• Total Testosterone: 581 ng/dL (Ref: 164 - 753)
• Estradiol (E2): 35.7 pg/mL (Ref: 11.8 - 48.9)
• LH: 5.83 mIU/ml (Ref: 1.5 - 10.0)
• FSH: 5.52 mIU/ml (Ref: 1.4 - 18.1)
• LDL Cholesterol: 125 mg/dl (Ref: <130)
• Cortisol: 17.1 mcg/dl (Ref: 5.3 - 22.4)
CURRENT PROTOCOL:
• HGH: 2 IU/day. Currently morning, switching to pre-bed after the holidays.
• Retatrutide: 2 mg/week
PLANNED CYCLE (12-14 Weeks):
I want to keep it simple and safe for a first run and that is my starting idea (but I’m ready to destroy it
)
• Testosterone Enanthate: 250 mg/week.
• Primobolan: 200 mg/week.
• HCG: 500 IU/week (to help keep testes active ?)
• Total: 450mg/week.
PCT PLAN (Seeking advice):
I want to secure my gains and recover my natural production (which i think is currently good).
• Start: 18 days after last pin.
• Protocol: Enclomiphene (25mg -> 12.5mg) + Nolvadex (20mg -> 10mg) for 4 weeks.
• Is this PCT protocol solid for a 12-14 week run?
TRAINING & DIET:
• Split: 4-Day PUSH/PULL (Strength & Posture focus).
DAY 1 - PUSH A :
• Chest Press Barbell 4x8
• Seated DB Shoulder Press 3x10
• Dips (Assisted/Weighted) 3x8-10
• Rear Lunges 3x12
• Core: Plank + Hollow Hold
DAY 2 - PULL A :
• Trap Bar Deadlift 4x6
• One Arm DB Row 3x10
• Neutral Grip Lat Pulldown 3x10-12
• Hip Thrust 3x12
• EZ Bar Curl 3x10
DAY 3 - PUSH B:
• Standing Military Press 4x6
• Incline DB Press 3x8
• Deficit Push-ups 3xMax
• Step-ups 3x10
• Core: Stability Ball Roll-out
DAY 4 - PULL B:
• Romanian Deadlift 4x8
• TRX/Bar Row 3x10
• Close Grip Cable Row 3x12
• Leg Curl 3x12
• Face Pulls 3x15
• Diet: Aiming for +500 kcal surplus. High Protein/High Carb.
QUESTIONS:
1. Is 12 weeks enough to solidify gains with Primobolan (I heard it shines in longer cycles)?
2. Any general tips? Better to stick just to Test?
