They are legal to have in possession but I dont think you can classify them as a supplement.

As long as your intended use is research, you will be ok. Until that asswad from Utah gets the President to sign his ridiculous bill into law to make them illegal.

As of right now - SARMS are legal. That will most likely change in the near future if the 2018 SARMS bill passes.
