I placed an order about two weeks ago, the money came out of my account right away but I have never received my order. I have tried contacting the customer service but I have never gotten and email back. I was just wondering if this has happened to other people and what they did? thanks.

Just went on the site and had no issues. Might of been an internet problem. Try it again.

Thanks for all the help got the issue figured out and resolved. I got in touch with their customer service and they were great.

Update on this issue.
It was resolved.. Received my package yestarday.. So, everything is fine, but...... This one tastes very differently from the one i got first time. The first one tested very strong, and this one....... Its like you take the first one, and mix it up with water 50:50.
Well, let's see if it's gonna works at all.
