I'm doing a lot of cardio lately, at least 90% of my training is cardio. If I got the pink lemonade flavor of sci-vation BCAAs it would help my cardio a lot? or not?
BCAA's will help, but as @geadhead said, if you are trying to do fasting cardio, you should not be taking anything, since nothing should be in your stomach. I myself find the BCAA's quite useful for all kinds of exercises, including cardio.
It will help in a sense that your are continuing to feed your muscles with what they need. But what are you trying to accomplish. Also I don't really believe in fasted cardio if that's what your trying to do. Cardio is cardio. At the end of the day its where you end up with caloric intake that counts.

I disagree with the guys who say taking bcaa's before cardio is not considered fasting, I think the bcaa's on empty stomach pre cardio can help spare muscle loss.
I am a fan of BCAA supplementation. They are anti-catabolic and signal protein synthesis through the m-tor pathway. Especially in a fasted state, BCAA supplementation will go a long way to preserving muscle mass.
BCAA are some of the most rancid tasting things you can possibly take. Any drinkable BCAA formula is loaded with artificial flavours and sweeteners. I personally use the tablet BCAA formula gear from n2bm.com instead.
