sleeping issues supplement needed

I'm having issues sleeping after tren so looking for some natural supplements for sleep. Need help resting and relaxing. Any recommendations?
 
I really like the natural sleep aid N2sleep from n2bm.com. I used to use melatonin before bed but I always felt really groggy the next morning. I don't have the same problem with N2sleep. Give it a try. I take 2 capsules 30-45 minutes before bed.

Another thing that really helps me sleep is a nice warm bath before bed. I know it sounds feminine but it really does help relax you.

Next to this, try to have your workout in the evening, after it have a nice shower, a huge-ass meal and you will drop dead to sleep
 
You really need to find the route cause of the issue though. If it is purely from the tren then I suspect this issue will go away as the tren is out of your system. While you are still on it just make sure you are spreading out carbs throughout the day and drinking tons of water. For the future, next time you run tren add Cardarine to your cycle. It really helps with the side effects.
