Hey guys, It's been awhile since i've been here but i'm back for awhile. I just got moved to working nights from 5pm to 5am. I've been on Test E and Deca for so far 8 weeks and I've been having nothing but progress! The first 6 weeks i've cycled Winny (It's a bulking cycle, I wanted to give Winny a shot even though dbol is better for bulking) I'm currently at 207 lbs at 5'7. Here's my current diet for my night shift.
Before workout:Cookie
After workout: 2scoops protein, 3 cups milk 2tbsp p28 pb, Creatine
Sleep
Wake up: BCAA/EAA, Glutamine 1.5 Cup egg whites, 1 1/2 cup old fashion oats
Snack: 2 tilapia fillet, 1 cup brown rice
Dinner with wife: 8oz chicken, 2 cups of brown rice, Broccoli
Snack before work: 5 eggs, Broccoli
Food for work, 2 servings of my homemade tuna salad, 4 pieces of ezekiel bread
