So far being into my cycle

Hey guys, It's been awhile since i've been here but i'm back for awhile. I just got moved to working nights from 5pm to 5am. I've been on Test E and Deca for so far 8 weeks and I've been having nothing but progress! The first 6 weeks i've cycled Winny (It's a bulking cycle, I wanted to give Winny a shot even though dbol is better for bulking) I'm currently at 207 lbs at 5'7. Here's my current diet for my night shift.

Before workout:Cookie
After workout: 2scoops protein, 3 cups milk 2tbsp p28 pb, Creatine
Sleep
Wake up: BCAA/EAA, Glutamine 1.5 Cup egg whites, 1 1/2 cup old fashion oats
Snack: 2 tilapia fillet, 1 cup brown rice
Dinner with wife: 8oz chicken, 2 cups of brown rice, Broccoli
Snack before work: 5 eggs, Broccoli
Food for work, 2 servings of my homemade tuna salad, 4 pieces of ezekiel bread

Overall it looks good. I know the cookies and treat foods you are eating are 'clean' treats but I personally would swap them out for more whole foods.

Breakfast for example, I would rather have you eat 1 cup egg whites, 2-3 whole eggs, 100g oatmeal and some blueberries then some protein cookie. It'll provide much more nutrients, be digested better, and also be cheaper.
 
Yeah The only reason i'm eating it is because it's a quick already put together snack i can keep in my car when i get off work. Got any pre made bars or snacks that you would recommend instead?

Drink the egg whites (buy them pasteurized) and then eat the oatmeal and blueberries. You can take 2 minutes to stop and eat in your car. Don't make excuses.

You think if i blend oats, pasteurized egg whites and blueberries in a blender and keep it in my car for 12-13 hours it'll still be good too drink?

where I live no.. but do you live in a cold climate? trevor lives in Quebec so its cold up there enough where it would be okay

Blend it the night before, freeze it and then let it thaw in your car during your shift.
