This has been called the "Ultimate Pre-Workout Formula" by some, this Supplement called SuperPump MAX by Gaspari Nutrition seems to be pretty popular. I guess we all heard the news that Gaspari Nutrition filed for bankruptcy after they could not recover a one million dollar loss stemming from labor disputes and fines from some 20 violations in their nutritional supplement manufacturing facility.
Still the company has rebounded and been sold out of bankrupcy for like 10 million, so the Gaspari brand will continue strong for a long time. Rich Gaspari himself will stay on staff under the new ownership, so the company will retain its core essence in that sense.

I like Gaspari products enough to buy one when N2bm doesn't offer a stimulant pre-workout I think SuperPump Max is a good product to buy.

I never liked Gaspari Nutrition that much, but Superpump seems decent. you can buy a tub of Superpump Max Blue Raspberry, 1.41-Pound or even their new version Superpump 3.0 pre-workout Supplement. All of it is for sale on amazon go check.

SuperPump Max is not a stimulant free pre-workout. It is full of stimulants. I have used it. It's not bad. Tastes great. I personally try to limit my stimulant intake. You need to be careful with all these stimulant based pre-workouts. Overdoing it on the stimulants will greatly increase cortisol levels and lead to adrenal fatigue. Counterproductive to any fat loss or muscle building goals.

My pre-workout stack is 3 pills D-spark + a small cup of coffee + a b100 vitamin.

Super Pump does not stay even close to D-Spark. I have tried both, and used Super Pump in its prime times, and let me tell you, that it was not even nearly as good as DSpark. DSpark has a much better ingredient selection, and works just great. I can't come up with a better pre-workout supplement.

I liked this product years ago when preworkouts weren't the world, but I've found the less dependent I become on this stuff the better quality of life and even lifts I experience

I use to like the Old Superpump-250, the Orange Flavor.
I Personally think he made a Big Mistake when he switched to the Superpump Max.............................. JP
