Training Logs help out a ton!
Setting Goals, Putting them down, and looking at them everyday increases your chance to hit them!! Making short term and long term goals helps to hit the small goals so you will be able to hit that long term goal!!

So here they are!

Short term goals: December 1st, 2009 I will drop 5% BF. My weight will be 235-240.

January 1, 2010!- I will drop 4-5% while maintaing muscle or adding a few lbs or lbm. I will be 225-230 lbs. I will be 10-12% bf.

February 1, 2010- I will drop 2-3% more bf. I will be 220-225. I will be 7-10% bf

Long term Goals: 6 months- 1 year

May 1, 2010- I will drop 2-3% more bf to be 5-7% bf. My weight will be 220-225. I will stay the same weight as 3 months before because I plan on having a little more testosterone than usual in me :)

November 1, 2010- 230-240 at 8-10%.

How am I going to do this???

Diet- 2600-2800 calories. 250-350 grams of protein ed. 200-300 grams carbs ed. 50-80 grams of fat ed. It will vary depending on training days on or off, how I feel, and cheat days! :)

Training- I do a 5 day weight training split:
mon-wed-train
thurs-cardio/off
friday- sat- train
sunday- off
I do 3 exercises per large muscle group (chest/back/ legs). I will do chest 2 times a week and back 1 time a week, the next week do back twice a week and chest once a week. I do legs twice a week.
I do high reps 10-20. slow and conntrolled movements. some cardio after workouts with chest and back.

Stats now: 6'2"- 250lbs at about 20% bf

Just got to look at the short term goals, which are pretty easy, hit them to get to where I want to be in 6 months! Back to having veins in my abs again! Rock and Roll!

I will update this as much as I can, I will try to every day with what I trained and will put my weight down every week.

Oh ya, today I did some cardio when I woke up empty stomach. 45 mins @ 4 mph at a 1degree incline. Had my beats going! :)

Don't worry though, within the next 3 months, you'll be able to see the rest of my abs!! Bring it! :)
 
Sweed I commend you for your thuroughness. It has inspired me to do the same thing. Put my goals down on a Timeline of Sorts:) I'm positive your goals will be met my friend. Keep us up to date on it!

I had an awesome Chest workout today!! I did some morning cardio this morning too! 45 mins treadmill at 1% incline.
I did chest, front delts, and tricepts. Man, ....

Special Interuption!!! I am going to be an UNCLE!!!! WOOHOOO!!! June 19thish, Yes I am so excited!!


Ok, back to my training day, lol- Great day. Looked very pumped. I started taking creatine again since I am done with that shredder stack to keep me full and to help with recovery.

Leg day.
Breakfast- eggs/egg whites and oatmeal with some raspberries. coffe. water.
Met up with SBT and had a nice roadtrip to Needto's and met with Angel. Fun time with kids and cats! lol
meal 2- ~6 oz roast beef on multi grain bread with mayo and cheese ( swiss and cheddar, 1 slice each)
2 caps of Forged Burner!
Workout: leg press, seated calf raises, squats, standing calf raises, leg extensions (woooow, Leggs feeling good!! burnnin burnning,) The forged burner really gave me a lot of energy thoughout the workout, great stuff!
finished off with some abs.
PWO shake- 50 grams whey.
PWO meal - chicken sausage ( 60 grams protein!) ... just noticed I should have gotten some carbs in! oops!

A great fun day! One more meal a little later, not sure what I want yet. ??

I know! It's actually pretty nice out! I could have played some flag football up at church today at 4... but it's a relax day for me! rest up for the crazy week ahead! cardio first thing in the AM tomrrow!

btw, does anyone know where to measure your quads?? is it right above the knee or the biggest part which is like half way up?? just took some measurements to evaluate progress too!

i always just measure up ?? number of inches from the knee cap, then the circumference from there. that way you can always use the same place.
 
Game stadium is huge. 84K+ ppl there today!

I have a 3" difference between right above my knee to the middle of my leg/ quad where it's the biggest. I'll use the bigger number! Lol bigger is better, except my stomch right now! Lol

yesterday was a great day!
woke up- 2 forged burners
did some morning cardio- 45 mins at 1 degree on treadmill.
came home, did some raking of the leaves.
went to the gym- did Back/ rear delts/ Bi's- fantastic workout! tons of energy! nice pumps. increased weight of my one arm rows! just went all out on my shurgs, it was intense! pwo juice/ creatine then whey shake.
then went straight to volleyball for 2- 2:30 hours.
came home and ate!!

Well today's workout was kick ass!!!!!
chest/ front delts/ tri's.
took 10 grams creatine pre workout along with 2 forged burner. and I love how it give me huuuge pumps. Felt awesome today in the gym. lifts going up! after my beast/katana cycle. feeling pump and energy throughout the whole workout until the end with some cardio.
Veins comin out on shoulders a little more. Love it!

Everything is great, going to do my first leg workout of the week soon.
getting leaner! I love when I'm in full cutting mode. no bad food, 100% focused, it's great, and to have a great group of people to help me!

friday had my back workout. another great workouts
saturday my legs day, and I torched them!!

Today day off, did some mowing of the lawn though.

tomorrow cardio, and then chest and company in the evening/

I used to hate doing legs too. Someone told me if there is a body part you dont like working its probably the one that needs the most attention. So, I started doing legs 2x a week. I have a certain mind set I get into with certain music and I love it.

Had a great time today! feelin the good pump, been taking a little creatine before workouts and that helps me get some pump in. I love after my first exercise I get a nice pump and jusst feel tighter and tigher thoughout the workout.
When I finished, I wanted to do more... Forged burner doin it's thang!

Veins on my shoulders and chest coming out, woohoo.. noticed them on my calves and going down the back on my leg below the calf in the middle there, ya good stuff. I love veins!

Home for dinner then played about 2 hours of volleyball! fun time. spiking that sh!t all night, doing my rickie o'shea style ass kickin on the courts!

Heatin up some beef stew.

Tomorrow, back workout.... and doctors visit in the AM to see if I need some surgery! Nothing big, so don't worry ya'll! im a freak. :)

Well today is a great day!
Went to the Doc's , don't need additional surgery on my head/neck.. it's all good!!
Long story short...had ingrown hair for years, got infection, had to have it drained.. yadda yadda yadda, lol. they don't need to cut it out.

Getting leaner from the actions of my mom today, wow you're losing a ton of weight. so thats a good thing.

Going to step AM cardio down a bit to 2 times a week. and some cardio after workouts. I may be loosing too fast. Maybe up the calories too.

I have my back/rear delts/ bi's workout tonight. can't wait because this forged burner is really giving me a ton of energy!!

back from my Back workout!
I got to my gym today, and no one was in the parking lot!? well a few cars, talked to a few guys and they asked if it were open? "I don;t know i will check it out!"
Sign saying, gym closed except for sales... lol they have a water leak. So I went to the next closest gym and was gonna pay for a workout... World Gym, $15 for a workout!! i payed anyway and did my workout, new ppl in there to see whats up. always a couple bigger dudes than the average guy and they are of course a lot shorter than I. Damn you short people, its so easy to be big when you are small! But it'll take the weather up here :)

a little creatine before my workout, and I forgot to take my Burner!1 ahhh!!! no need for it, workout went great. I was kind of scared when I stepped on their digital scale... so many scales I have been on and don't know if the readings are right! But this one I hope is off... I need to stop doing cardio if it is because I am dropping too quickly.
I feeel soo damn small when I see that number!! ahh!!

Did my back, rear delt, bi workout, and did like 10 minutes of cardio, nothing too intense, lol.

I have the beginning pics frmo my shredder stack and after pics in another post in the supplement forum. I hold my fat around the lower midsection and there is that lower back fat too! My upper body does tighten up and striate rather quickly. Legs getting a bit bigger and more defined, muscle separating.

I want to post some pics up at the end of november. a month in between pics will show greater progresss!!

Yes it was quite the workout!! wow!! you weren't kidding about that niacin flush!!!! holy moly!!!

Ok, for you all that don't know, SBT was kind enough to give me some samples of N2KTS and Replenish!

The N2KTS is a double serving. I mixed it all up and added 12 oz of water. I took down half of it. I think I added a lot of water, there was a hint of berry! Very doable. WITHIN 5 minutes or less.. I started getting like an "inchy" face. I got in my car a few minutes later to drive to the gym. My arms adn chest started to get a little ichy.. then all of a sudden BAAAMMMM, I was burning up! My face especially! WOW, you guys weren;t kidding, and NEEDTO isn't messing around with dosed, he really gives you what you need!

So I get to the gym while driving and feeling like I am on crack... I took a forged burner a few hours before also...I go into the locker room and the heat has subsided, and slam down the rest of my 6 oz. This is about 25-30 minutes after my first 6 oz.
I go to my leg presses. Just as I seat down to do my seat... Another intense rush of heat and energy seem to pulse through my head and my body. I was red... like I just went tanning! Game Time!
I did my sets with my normal weight. They did seem a bigger easier and my last set with a drop set I did a few more reps... ok So maybe I am stronger today, and I gave it a little more because of the product?

I go to my seated calf raises. I do my reps, and after each set I like to flex de calfs a little, and sure enough, some viens... mmm, Sweed likey, Sweed want wingy! We all like veins! After my 3 sets, pumped, nice!

I go to my squats, I do more reps than the average person, and I was able to do these reps with ease, so I added more weight to my last set and pushed out more than I thought I would! Yes! drop set and banged out a bunch more!... killed it! Legs feeling great and pumped!

Standing calf raises, I upped the weight more than usual and did this weight at the same and more reps than usual... OK so Maybe this product does work! Still energy, and I'm huffing and puffing!

I go to my leg extensions... yup the same weight I usualy start with that has be killing at 15 reps, was very doable. up the weights for each set while doing them slowly and under complete control like I do for every exercise! I don't fly the weights up and down like a bozo.

Thats's my leg workout. Love not being able to walk around for a little.
The I did my abs work and headed to the locker room for the Replensh.

Of course I would understand that this is just a PWO supp. I put 2 servings in my shaker, adn added 16 oz water... No clumps! I hate clumps! And it tasted like berries and cream almost! Sweed likey!

Legs during the workout were def pumped, I always have a hard time to get got them to a good pump, and this did it.

I cannot wait to try this out for my friday chest workout!! Chest day will be a great review as I sometimes loose my strength during the 2nd exercise. ANd I always love a great pump during chest days!

Tomorrow is an off day.

I do Chest, Back, Legs, Rest, Chest, Legs Rest... then the next week
I do Back, chest, Legs, Rest, BAck, Legs, Rest... those are the days I choose to rest :)

I think My workouts might be slightly modified from yours, I did kind of kept the same principle with the workouts and do what I feel comfortable doing, and it works! Next month Omega will be helping me out with a plan which will be a little different than the one I am on now.

Today I just did some morning cardio. 45 minutes treadmill.. only 4 mph, fairly slow.
Just eat a bunch today, tried to eat a little more carbs that usual. maybe 300grams the most! but probably less than that.
Tomorrow is gonna rock!! Got a busy day, and lifting in the evening is gonna awesome!

Ok, you ready for this!
yesterday. 4:42pm. I downed 6 oz. of my N2KTS which was 1 serving of 2 in my 12 oz. I mixed up. 4:46 I started noticing the inchyness in my face. Less than 5 minutes! 3 minutes later,4:49 I was in my car and the heat started to come on... strong! I had the cool air blowing to try and equal out that heat!
The heat backs off about 20 minutes later when I am coming close to my gym. I arrive and go to the locker room so down the last serving in my 6 oz left in my shaker. I go out to the gym, ichy and heat within a few minutes, oh ya red too!. I go to the smith machine to start my Chest workout.. someone is there? ahh man, no one if ever on the smith, well sometimes haha! But a nice guy I have seen around, very cut and vascular, says hes "got a bunch of sets for legs, I'll let you know when im done". Alright no problem man, I'll go use the machine.... yes the sit down chest press... heck, it's pretty much the same movement. So I start out one click heavier than I usualy do, and push out my 20 reps, rather easy.. so instead of going down 1 notch, I go down 2 and pushin out my reps. So I pretty much was heavier in that exercise. Then on to my incline db presses, I started out with regular weight, and do my 20 reps. no prob Bob. So i set up 5 lbs more, and do my reps. so by the time for my last set i go heavier than I usually do. which isn;t that heavy, but I don't throw the weights around, having them clunking around and not doing a contraction like most of the ppl I see. One guy who was doing ab work with a trainer on the decline bench... kinda was smirking at me I think... I think that kind got me going to! lol.
At this point I was very very pumped.. like the times you're so pumped, you can't put your arms up! it's a struggle to put the carabiner on the cable for my flies!
That's one of my fav's, because they are right in front of the mirror, chest cable crossovers. The definition is coming out. Still a little red from the N@KTS which is nice, because im pretty damn white this time of the year! lol. veins popping out on my shoulders, on my upper chest, pretty awesome stuff! I do my sets and feeling very pumped, oh it's soo good once it hits your lips good!
Military presses. did them, then tricep pushdowns and just nailed them to ultimate failure! had a nice tricep pump, kinda hurt, but i love tricept pumps!
I also check out my body for more viens.. calfs are fun to look at because more veins are popping up or I am noticing! and my quads too! I noticed a few veins coming along! Hard to see, so maybe I'll have to shave them up! lol. I was sad when my weights workout was finished... I wanted to keep working out!!!

I did 20 mins of cardio (elipical) after my workout and was at my usual pace easily for 18 minutes.. around 170 rev/min. then once 18 minutes hit.. slammed it to 220 rev/min til I was done at 20. usually I would have slowed down a ltitle by 19 something, but this is where the burner I think took over!

All done, went to the locker to clean up, did a small little flex in the mirrow and the shoulders are comin out nicely and striated more. chest is getting there too! the lower tricept where is skinnys down to the elbow is becoming more sharp.

I fill my shaker, add the replenisher and add in more water to 16 oz, shake it up a bit, do a little dance, and down it. beautiful. Like a luscious berry creamsicle!

Damn good workout!! Next one with these supplements will be monday when I do my back!! shrugs in front of the mirror will be a good time!

Then I did my 2nd legs day for the week...
 
Leg workout was again great and awesome, tortured myself.
That's pretty much sums it up, and I'm glad I don't have to work them for another.. 4 days, lol
Rest up tomorrow, and back at it monday! for back! lol woohoo!

Did some AM cardio this morning for 45 mins, on the treadmill at 4-4.1 mph at 1 degree incline. easy after 2 burners! had the beats going!

OK, this is the third and final review for my N2KTS and replenish before I go out and get my own!!
I usually would drink 1 serving before I left for the gym adn the next serving right before workout at the gym, about 25 minutes inbetween.
This time I went for 2 servings, right off the bat before I left for the gym. Chugged it.. and got in my car waiting for that notorius tingle, inchy and heat!
I got a little ichyness.. little little heat, and when I got to the gym, no redness? maybe I had gotten used to the product, and need 3 servings! lol
SO i start my workout. For my back workout, I just was focusing on keeping the movements strict, and making sure I had that mind to muscle connection, letting the muscle to all the work, and really feelign the muscles. I used the same weights as I have been doing for the past few weeks. Barbell rows, pulldowns, 1 arm rows. I did manage to try out some reps with the 80's after my last set, just to see if I could do them like I used to lift, well it was under control and paused at the top of the movement, but the positive and negative were a little faster than my normal, and my normal is rediculously slow!
After my pulls downs, I felt a ggrrreat pump in my lats and my wrists were wicked pumps too! my grip was not the best after that. I coulod feel my wrist pump when I started the 1 arm rows, adn then when I got to shurgs, my last set it was pretty tough to hold onto the 100's, lol. definition is coming slightly better it seems each wweek in my delts and chest. My final sets for cammered bar curls was great, got a huge pump in them before I was done, and kind of wish I had someone to take a pic of me in the bathroom, because I had a nice lil pump going on! But I am not that guy to be taking pics in the locker rooms ,lol. My bicept veins are getting, it seems, bigger, and even more noticable. even on the peaks of the bicept, very cool stuff!
So it's Replenish time. I just realized what this stuff didn't do that I was so excited about! Bloat, No bloat at all! Other whey's bloat me like crazy, but with the replenish, absolutely no bloat, which is great, because I hate that feeling! it's smooth and has no clumps, which makes it go down faster!

Great workout, no problems keep my form more stict and keeping the same weight for my high reps. I had some strength too, after my 3 exercises to do some decent weigh 1 arm rows, just for fun!

Then I went home, had some chicken, and then went to play some volleyball for a couple hours. Very fun, but a long and busy day! I am spent!

not sure about the am cardio? if I do, maybe I will do it outside if it is as nice as it ws today!

Yes I will be doing something in a few weeks.... maybe if i get some n2kts with that during december, that will be really insano!
 
FOR SURE!!! Oh and by then even version 2 might be out, not to mention the Need2Slin!! hoooorahhhhhhhhhhhh!
