Ya it was so nice out today! few weeks ago we had snow! I can deal with this weather all fall and winter! lol

HAd a great chest workout last night, and got a real good pump, nothing as crazy as the n2kts tho! I got to workout on the smith machine again finally for my first exercise.

Oh get this! so for me second set (smith press) I add on some 5's on each side.. I go to check out the time, and then I walk back to the smith as it gets to 45 seconds for my rest and start the set, I think, man this is a little heavier than it seems?? I look over to my left and there is another weight on the bar??!! So I am guessing the gym next to me doing barbell curls (or rows or something that isnt squats) in the squat rack put it on my bar, because he was useing 25's.... so i took it off and kinda dropped and was like.. who the heck put this here?! so I think he heard me! lol I ALWAYS ALWAYS rerack all my weights, but I did not rack this one because I did not put it on the bar.. some ppl are just a little clueless in the gym. but we were all there at one time! lol skinny weaklings! oh wait... nm!

So I woke up, had breakfast this morning, and showered, got to my room and sometimes do a little leg pose, and was like, hmm ,i think I should take a pic, the light in my room gets to my legs pretty good, so I will share... only this one! :)
The quality obviously stinks and legs are much sharper in person.

Had a nice leg day today, earlier than usual during the day. Brutal beating of the legs again!
Went to and from boston tonight to visit the old culb to get my last $$! :)

Great feeding day, good clean food all day again!
Morning cardio tomorrow, ya why not! Haha

well I can't complain just sitting around all day, waiting for a call for employment I should have gotten monday or tuesday(that's when they said they'd call!).. now its thursday!! ah man I am antsy!
 
Friday had an awesome back day with SBT! We had our N2KTS and got immediatly hot and had to put the windows down in the car! Lol. I got super red, and the workout just was great!
Had some ornage replenisher SbT let me try and that stuff was just as good as the berry! Very smooth, easy goin down and no bloat! That stuff helps with the recovery tooo!
Hah a nice trip up to Needto's we had an awesome dinner with needto and angel, hung out for a very long time! Had my share of kids going crazY for the next few years, lol. :)
Got some supps as very good price, needto hooked me up big time ;)

Yesterday I had Leg day and seriously tortured them even more than usual! Sweating like insane! Very painful but felt awesome, istead of leg exts I did leg curls and my hammys are more sore than usual!

Rest day today, allll day, nice! I need it!

Did some AM cardio, 45 mins on treadmill.
For workout later on in day..
Did 3 scoops of N2KTS! Wow, holy craziness, ichy,heat,redness! Lol, the girl behind the counter look up when I came in and could tell I was red, lol. I'm like, "Am I still red?? Hehe" she just laughed, ya big time redness man, but felt like "Killing that Sh!T" as walkingbeasts says! Lol
Felt so awesome duringmy workout. Wicked pumped!

After workout when home, ate, then went to play volleyball for like 2-1/2 hours. I am spent man.

Back day tomorrow!

Back day/ night. Switch a few exercises to close grip for a diff angle, felt great! Pumpin up feels great and the mirrors help out! When finishing off with bi's, everything looks better. Leaner today for sure, can see a few serratus tryin to pop out on my obliques.
Weight seems a tad bit up, which means everything is going very well. Been thinking of finally doin a good cheat meal this Sat! Haha

Counting down the days til my Nov 30th start of the next shredder stack!!

Well one of those 'off' days. No one is in the gym, but every machine/ bench u want to use is taken! Lol. Had a good pump going for sure, but didn't get the benches I usually get to. Oh well, can't have a perfect workout everytime!

Hopefully no one will be in the gym hoggin my equip today! Legs! so stay away from my leg press and smith machine! lol

Oh maan, I hate leg days, but love it when they are over... N2KTS in a little bit, leave at 4, and hitt em up big time!!!! wooooooo! gotta grow these suckas!
 
Leg day was another killer. In an out in under an hour.Leg press,seat calf raises, squat on smith, stand calf raises, leg curl, abs.
A lot of pain, as always. But fun when I was finished,hahaha!

Decided to take next thurs- sunday off ( which would only be 2 workout days) but just enough rest and have a small break before I start my shredder stack! Woohooo!!!
Then it's shredddin time!

Rest was nice yesterday. Ate a lot for dinner, which I don;t do, I ate a bunhc of carbs!!! squash, sweet potato and had a pumpkin muffin! oh well.

Couldn't get to gym for AM cardio, car in shop, hopefully i can get it back soon to go to the gym tonight, then play some vollyeball!!
Tonight I will be doing back; again this week I will be doing close grip exercises. seates rows, close pulldown, 1 arm rows, shrugs, lateral raises, and bi's.

Gonna need that N2KTS tonight with no Burners in me. Good thing I have another bottle for december!! :)
 
I need to come hang out, Need a liftin buddy, and I can teach you how to drill for oil on the volleyball court!
 
HOLY MOLY!!! so even with no burnners, I took about 3 scoops N2KTS,, my gosh, that hit hard and long!! pumped me up soo good, I just knew I was goingt o have one of those awesome workouts! I got to the gym, all red, sun burnt red! I kinda felt a little pump feeling, so I went at it!
The first 2 exercises went great, making sure to have perfect form, slow and controlled movements, and felt some good pain!
1 arm rows went great, went up in weight, and veins poppin out on my shoulders a lot. HAd al huuuuuge pump going. Just had that feeling of I can lift anything! haha
Shrugs went awesome. and the last exercise for bi's, man, I felt so pumped, and jsut felt awesome. Def a great workout. I needed that.
PLayed some volleyball right after, and kicked some butt in that. Did some rickie spikes, blocked everyone, and made a girl cry... jk about the girl crying.
LOL, but a girl did say when I got to the (volleyball) gym that my arms had veins coming out of them! my sleeves go lifted up when I took off my sweat shirt and I was like, cool still pumped! lol

I ate so much for Thanksgiving dinner yesterday!a good 4-5 pounds of food easily.
Did cardio yesterday AM for an hour.
Had a few mealsd before the big dinner. Then I had turkey, potatoes, stuffing, carrot casserole( sooo good just carrots cheese with some crumbs on top!) And squash. Gravy, a lot of the bird and pots. 2 severings of everything. No drinks at all! :( well excepft for some red wine durng our long games of Balderdash!! We were dying laughing all night. Oh man, so funny.
Had a couple slices of cheesecake, and apple pie.

Could have gone for a big 3rd serving later, but the food was gone!

Today did another hour of cardio and I seemed to have lost weight after that dinner????

Maybe some cardio tomorrow, sunday rest, then the shredder stack starts!!

Lol, ya my body totally needed that! Only like a lbs difference, but the funny thing is I can see a new vien on my chest, lol.
Now I can see the importance of cheat meals, I feel great right now, awake and energized after cardio. Not tired like I was yesterday. Plus bad food tastes soo damn good! Lol.

Oh I hear ya! When I got up today although I was a tad bloated I had a cpl veins on my quads n hip flexors I hadn't seen before ;)

So yup like you, I kinda realized the importance of cheat meals here or there!

And another day off today. :) had a thanksgiving lunch today, another turkey, potatoes, squash, stuff and green bean casserole. Mmm got full again, but didn't eat half as much as I did on thanksgiving! Haha
Tomorrow, it's on! AM cardio and starting my fun stack :)

Back on track with strict diet and gonna loose a ton of fat this month!

Woke up early ( for me 8) to follow my dad to the shop to get car fixed, got back around 9:30, took my burner! Ahh love it! Put on some thermaderm ( old version) and it smells freakin awesome! Made me red where I put it on! Took my beast/katana and downed some whey before cardio.
The burner is such a huuge difference when u go off then come back on! Major energy, temp, and increased HOUR during cardio. Did 1 hour on the treadmill at 4 mph. Still warm, and can't wait for my workout tonight with my new program! Well kinda similar to what I've been doing, just the same prinicples.
N2KTS will pump me up as well as the beastd. The some volleyball after.
Starting to eat very clean now this month!
 
Oh ya, pics have been taken, and I'll get them up as soon as I can. (Dad on comp for work now) so I will get them up when he's done or tonight. No wireless here which is bummer. But at least I got a connection, on the phone now so can get em up.

First day on the shredder stack was awesome$ felt like a Dinosaur! So pumed and felt great.
No pics tonight as I can't get on my computer bc the old man is still has his connection on his comp for work or something dling stuff. Def tomorrow!
