T4 cycle

As Summer is very close and due to my work I barely have time to do sports I´ve been taken T4 pharma grade for three weeks already in order to have some help losing some weight. I just came back from the doctor and I would like to share my results with you.

When I started in February 16th my statistics were those:

Height: 5´38 (164 cm)
Weight: 145.5 lb (66 kg)
Lean muscles weight: 109.57 lb (49.7 kg)
Fat %: 20.5%

So far I have been taken:

Days 1-3: 50 mcg T4
Days 4-7: 75 mcg T4
Days 8-11: 100 mcg T4
Days 12-15: 150 mcg T4
Days 17-20: 200 mcg T4
Days 21-22: 300 mcg T4

Restandol Testocaps (Testosterone Undecanoate): 200 mg / week
Arimidex: 25 mcg E3D

I´ll continue until Sunday with the T4 dose at 300 mcg per day and will start taking less an less every two-three days until I will complete 5 weeks in total.

I´ve been taking the Restandol in order to avoid losing muscles weight and Arimidex to avoid the gyno, basically.

I know some of you will kill me but the truth is that I didn't modify a lot my diet. I tried to eat as healthy as usual and tried to cut as many fats as I could so far.

The statistics today were:

Height: 5´38 (164 cm)
Weight: 139.55 lb (63.3 kg)
Lean muscles weight: 109.57 lb (49.7 kg)
Fat %: 17.3%

My challenge was to be around 15% fat in Summer so it looks I can reach it.

I think I´m doing good, so far.

My challenges for the next weeks are to control a bit more the diet and to try to get some time every two days to do some sport. At least some cardio.

As you are the experts here, any kind of advice or support will be more than welcome.

bro how are you going to get anything out of 200mgs of andriol/week? you need that much per DAY to get results....

I was thinking the same yesterday when doctor checked me. I even told him I thought that machine was broken so we did the test twice. actually thats why I asked, because I knew its not usual.

the only time ive ever used t4 was with GH.....cuz gh slowly brings down T4 production.....

i wouldnt go past 250mcg IMHO...

MAKE some time to get in cardio. I dont card when, or for how long.....but find 10 min, 3x a day, to go up a few flights of stairs or up hill walks, etc.

Id also look into GW for weight/BF loss.
 
GW is likely better for you. It you've made some progress it seems. I wouldn't be on test if I were you. But just make sure your Adrx dose is right or even better get some aromsin. Eatrogen comes with bodyfat which comes which leads to more bodyfat.

I would use something else to help you lose fat. It's obvious by your stats that you are losing muscle mass from the catabolic effects of T4. Look into GW that will not eat your muscle away

I choose T4 basically because it has less side effects and because is messing up less all the hormones that the T3.

Thank you for the advice.

Basically I´m on test because I have been reading that T4 is also "eating" part of the muscles so I wanted to keep as much as I can of them. I will change to Aromasin right now, according to the comments listed in the Aromasin vs Arimidex thread.

I was checking if to take clen, T3, T4 or a combination of them.

I decided not to take clen because I´m climbing from time to time and the last thing I need are my muscles cramping when I´m hanging from a rope :-S

The muscle weight stayed exactly as it was but I´ll check on GW as you and gymrat and Jack suggested.

17% bodyfat n on T4??? Why not taking t3 cytomel t4 is inactive. Clean eating reall foods will bring you to 10% easily if your healthy

I´m a bit scared about the T3 effect in the whole hormonal system, I have to say.

And, if I would take it, let me say I wouldn't take Cytomel, but T3 manufactured by Unipharma, the one we are selling ;-)

You say you're scared of taking t3? You know t4 coverts to t3 in the body?

If your scared of needing with your thyroid hormones get off the t4 the body is going to shut the thyroid down and ur going to have to taper off with t3 since its active ur not gonna get shut down as quick and ur body is actually able to use all of it cuz uts active so unless u have a thyroid disorder and cant produce thyroid hormones t4 is a waste cuz it has nothing to do with what ur body is utilizing . If i were u i would jus stick to a clean eating diet and maybe a nice eca stack thats about it unless ur a male model or boston lloyd stay away from t4

Hey Bro,
A couple things on this Cycle.
1st - you're headed into Pretty Much "Unchartered Territory" with these Dosages of 200 Mcg and beyond.
I know a lot of Guys who do this and don't go Beyond 200 Mcg a Day.

2Nd - The Human Body produces about 90 to 110 Mcg of L-Thyroxine daily, so when you go above this, you Shut Down Production.

This is why I Personally use another Method, whereby I do Small Doses every 3 Days. About 25 Mcg.
It gives the Thyroid the Boost without Stalling Production, something to consider for the Future....................................................... JP

very nice, you are responding well!.emagine if you had your diet and training dialed in even better, your results would be even more maginifed.
