taking too many supplements

Hi guys, so I want to go natural with my bulking cycle, I'm 22 so there is no need to use AAS, my question is how many
supplements are too many? I have, protein, creatine,BCAA's , multi v, tribulus, and flaxseed, some people say it's
too many so I would like to read your opinion, thank you.
 
Each to their own man but most the things you listed can be obtained through proper/specific dieting. At 22 I don’t know if tribulus would have any major effect on you either.
Personally something for joints/inflammation and protein if my daily intake needs a small boost or I’ve been busy does me fine.
 
I take a lot of supplements. It really comes down to budget. If you are only 22, I would make diet your priority.

I would stick with these 4 'bread and butter' supplements -
1. Fish/krill oil
2. A good quality multivitamin
3. A high quality whey isolate powder
4. creatine

1. The fish oil you can buy at costco. That'll be around $25
2. Ruthless 3d from n2bm.com is $15 for a 30 day supply
3. A bag of wheytobuildmuscle from n2bm.com is $40 and will last you 2 months using 1.5 scoops per day
4. ancient strength from n2bm.com is $15 for a 30 day supply

Adding that all up, you are at $125.

I would trash all that crap and just use hcgenerate and creatine.. you can buy both from n2bm

bcaa's are a fucking joke, completely useless unless you are living in poverty living off canned food... same with protein powders.. completely unnecessary.. multi vitamin shouldn't be needed unless you aren't eating enough veggies/fruit
