tennis elbow using bpc-157

I need help with bpc-157. I have had tennis elbow ever since I started to increase volume on my biceps. They hurt so much that when I press on the joint it goes down my arm to my fingers. I can’t lift like this I don’t want to make it worse. Should I rotate spots around my elbow and do 250mcg a day? Or should I do 500mcg EOD?

You should pin the bpc157 into the lower tricep that would work for your elbow.
 
bpc should be ran at 500mcg ED for the first 2 weeks. Then you can gradually lower the dosage.
 
You definitely want to pin as close to the injury as possible. That will help with your tennis elbow.
 
i would also consider some bpc and tb500 together. They work even better when you stack them.
 
bpc solo is good. but stacked with tb500 is better. listen to the above. do the tb500 10mgs the first week

Before trying any of it, talk to your GP and get an ultrasound. Pain should not be travelling to fingers unless there is some kind of nerve compression. Till then back off from straining it, you dont want such injures to get worse. Once you get a green light from GP, then head to a physiotherapist to figureout what exercises to do. And only then Start with BPC/TB500. Your injuries dont seem basic enough to self treat.
